Fix QB and that's just one piece of the puzzle. By itself it does not make this a great or even good team. Finally address the OL which has been ignored for 4 years and counting and add a receiver then we're on the right path to better things on offense.
It makes them a contender, that is indisputable.
Every contender has weaknesses.

The OL has not been ignored for 4 years. That’s a ridiculous comment.

"Victim" lol.

Yes I understand the game. My team's coach and GM can't build an offense hence the results this season. What part of that is hard to understand?
You don’t understand the game but you don’t want to either, so there’s that.

You are a victim fan. You think you are entitled, and when the team doesn’t win you play victim, and take aim at an authority figure and waste your life posting negativity. You get to go after authority and feel like you have control.
It’s really quite sad.

Rated by who? You?
The difference between the Qb okay we got and average qb absolutely turns every one of those games into a win. They were extremely close games with F QB play. D QB play makes the difference in those games.
No one said solely, other units or positions could have played better too, but raise the qb play to a D or a C and anyone who knows anything about the game would agree that would have been the difference between winning and losing.

What grade do you put in the qb play through the first 12 games?
Same grade I'd give the HOF GM.

No, he has been the GOAT for 23, inclusive of ALL of his years. Every organization has down periods. It took 19 for it to happen here, which is unprecedented.
It happened after:
Going all in to stay on top and go to 4 SBs in 5 years and win 3 of them
Having to pay for that while losing the QB
Maintaining a competitive roster held back by the qb that was almost unanimously considered the right pick, and turned out not to be

In addition to the fact that if you need to rebuild a team, the man who did the best job of it in the history of the sport is sitting in the chair already.
Who are you going to hire who is better?

No one wins always. Getting rid of the guy who wins more than anyone because of the inevitable downswing is simply people who have no control over what they wish they had control over lashing out at a target to pretend they have control.
We won't listen to any NFL experts, journalists, NFL correspondents that are in the know. I'll just go by your post to get my information from now on. Please stop saying get "rid" of bill. Just like when he signed his contract he made a choice, the roster was his choice, the signed players are his choice, I get that your passionate of bill.. but the kraft family dictates how it's going to go after week 17.. it's his choice to agree. If they do part ways it's just doing what's best for the team.

Whatever decision Kraft makes does not mean it’s the best decision for the team. We’ve seen him do the wrong thing, with spygate and deflate gate for example.

He ignores all of that.
I don’t ignore it at all, I’ve spoken to it at length.
The qb is bringing down the offense, it’s clear on film, it’s clear in seeing what a borderline NFL caliber QB replacing him does.
That roster would be at least 9-6 with adequate QB play, so I am not ignoring it, I am illustrating it’s not the real problem, or the biggest one, or a crippling one.

Ok.. who was at the helm for spy gate. Bill paid a 500k fine, and admitted he mistakenly misinterpreted the rules. Deflategate he said you'll have to ask Brady about the pressure in a football.

I loved everything Bill has done, however the kraft family are running a business an organization. Any decisions they make is likely non -sentimental but business related. Bill knows that.

You think Kraft handled spygate and deflategate well?

Belichick interpreted it exactly as it was written. It stated “for use in that game” which the nfl ignored or there would have been. I violation.

It has nothing to do with sentiment, it has to do with what’s best for the football team.

its Been said a thousand times, but let’s put it out there for ya, which WR on the current roster would even be WR1 or WR2 on another team. Brady would struggle on this Team and you know it. The entire offense is a dumpster fire, to say otherwise is seriously not watching these games.

So Kraft was overseeing bills transgressions your implying? He was so board? He wanted to pay the 2 million fine and loss of draft picks?

Mangini told Troy Vincent it was going on when he was there with NE is how he knew.. he stupidly admitted that. They loss 38-13 is why...

Goodell declared in God mode, that he did not believe BB’s explanation.

When you have one biased person with ultimate authority what could go wrong?

Absolutely agree. Don't forget angry ambitious Troy Vincent!

The receivers have gotten open all year. Watch the film.
Do you think they just get open more for Zappe?
Henry, JJSS, Bourne, Parker, gesicki have all produced at the nfl level. Douglass is fine. Both RBs are productive receivers.

You can’t judge receivers when the qb won’t throw to the right guy unless you watch film and see he didn’t throw to the right guy.

I'll point out 2 plays. The 60 yard drop against the commanders by Reagor.

The dropped 45 yard pass against the raiders. Was it a bad throw or the WR'S we're not open enough? I don't see Tyreek and Jefferson dropping 60 yard bombs.

Here's my take....

I'm eternally grateful for everything he has done for the organization, but I still think it's time to part ways.

I do think his decision-making has been VERY suspect recently. Outright cutting Zappe (maybe to prove a point?) but why risk losing the only other QB that knows your playbook. Also, he used to be 'ahead of the curve' in going for it on fourth down and now he plays 'more scared' than any coach in the league. Not to mention other head scratchers like bringing in Patricia and Judge to the run the offense, and bringing back Cam Newton after his horrific season. Sure they ultimately did cut Cam in his second year with the Pats, but it was a real head scratcher that they even brought him back to begin with.

BB is an old school guy, and the reality is that not only has 'the game changed' but the players of changed. I'm sure we've all seen in in our own work lives, Kids coming out of college these days are wired differently than older generations. I think it's harder for BB to connect with these players and earn the respect he deserves. Instead, they are more apt to respond to a hip Mike McDaniels-type. Of course, nothing BB can do about this, but I do think it's a factor.

The reality is that we need a complete overhaul, so why not just do the 'full rip the band aid off' and make the GM/coach change now?

What's KCs issue? I think Mahomes is bringing them down. Andy Reid might sit him next game he's so bad.. his all pro WR'S are always open I can't believe it...

There were no transgressions and Kraft as the owner out his tail between his legs and puckered up

So he donated the 500k? Bills a very nice man. The NFL was hurting for money, I believe Goodell had to do a go fund me he was so broke.

Excellent post!! I'll add this. Was watching the pre-game with the Dolphins last week on ESPN.. McDaniel said whe he first got to Miami he went to Tua's house and told him he believes in him.. restored his confidence and his faith in football.

Bill isn't that type of man. As you said he's old school. The QB/coach relationship has to be good. However I know it's all past tense.. if ,if's were a 5th we'd all be drunk.
