The problem is that you either don’t know enough about the game or don’t care to analyze it (spoiler alert it’s both) so you just bloviate crap.

If the receivers can’t get open how does the qb complete 66% of his passes?
If the OL is that bad how were they 7th fewest in the league in sacks through 9 games?
You said earlier 2 of 5 starting OL dint belong in the league and when questioned who you named 1 back up.
Do you know who the 5 starters are?
I've rarely seen a poster talk so much and say so little.

Nope not everything just how the offense is built. There's one guy to blame for that and you know who it is. The end.

Oh wait I forgot. This offense is awesome! Put Zappe or whoever in and instant Super Bowl contenders baby! It's all the QB.

except if it's Tom Brady then it's not all the QB it's the team. I better not say that part out loud shhhh

Ah yes everything is great, BB is the true genius on offense in the league and he built an amazing offense. Just change the QB and everything will be fine and we'll be contending for the playoffs. Right.

Mac isn't good. The offense is trash. It's like pulling teeth getting Team Bill to admit the obvious!
You just aren’t a serious person.

Before I am just done with you, I will make one attempt to reason.

Answer these questions.

If we had average, even below average QB play, do the Indy, Washington and LV games turn out differently? Just eliminate the egregiously bad plays. Do we win those games?

If we had good QB play might we have beaten Miami in either of those games? Again good qb play, eliminate turnovers, execute in the red zone.

How many other games were over early because of 10 turning it over?

He won't answer questions he has no answers to... he'll just avoid the question.

Happy to….as long as you then answer the same questions regarding the offensive line being able to protect the QB instead of being the worst pass blocking OL in the league.

The 49ers changed the QB and when JimmyG was healthy they were in the Super Bowl. Facts suck for you.

Go ahead then

And even though I asked first, the Patriots have allowed the 12th fewest sacks in the NFL. 1 away from being top 10.

The #1 team in the nfl in pass blocking has allowed 13. The Patriots 23. So there is 1 play a game difference from the best.

They are ranked dead last in pass blocking. It’s a losing battle to convince me this is an NFL level pass blocking line. Best not to waste time there.

As for the quarterback. sure good QB play *might* flip one or two of those losses to wins. With the last place pass blocking OL protecting the QB that is the ceiling.

Also we do not have a good or even average QB on the roster so your questions are hypotheticals and there’s no way to know for sure either way.

Swap one QB on the roster for another as in crap for crap? The offense sucks so probably the same 2-8 record. More likely 1-9 since it’s doubtful Zappe or Grier wins the Bills game.

I hope that clears it up.

PFF player grades ^ more important than sacks allowed?

This is the modern age where facts are malleable, not because they are... but because the people interpreting them are idiots or corrupt.

I knew things would get bad once the Pats run was over, just didn't project seeing this silliness from adults. It's kind of entertaining so I guess there's that. You boys keep slapping each other like the three stooges.

Facts suck for you to bro. Here's the players the the 49'ers added from the time they traded for Jimmy to the time they made they Super Bowl.

-Fred Warner. One of the best linebackers in football. All Pro caliber player.
-Nick Bosa. One of the best DE's in football. Was a Defensive Rookie and Player of the Year.
-Deebo Samuels. One of the premier WR's in football.

They added the two best defensive players and one of the best offensive players in football after getting Jimmy. You think that didn't fundamentally change the team?

They also added Raheem Mostert, Mike McGlinchey, and DJ Reed as solid contributors on both sides of the ball.

Also George Kittle, you know one of the premier TE's in the league, broke out in 2018 after they got Jimmy. That was the same year Jimmy got injured. So he broke out and showed he was elite without Jimmy there.

So two of the leagues best defensive players, one of the best WR's and a minimum top 3 TE in addition to several strong role players.

But no it was just Jimmy being there that fixed everything into place...

They literally are not. They are 12th in fewest sacks allowed. 1 from top 10. 1 a game more than best in the league.

It isn’t good Qb play to not throw the worst pick of the year vs Indy or the horrendous pick vs LV or choke vs. Washington. Bad qb play, just not epically bad, wins all 3 of those games. If you can’t admit that you can’t be taken seriously.
Also we do not have a good or even average QB on the roster so your questions are hypotheticals and there’s no way to know for sure either way.
Duh. Everything is hypothetical when you are assessing the cause. At least we now agree that the QB sucks. And of course we agree that the QB is the most important player.
So we now agree with someone other than the worst qb they are at least 5-5 and with a good one, who knows.

but we are discussing how much the Qb play is responsible for the record, and that the qb is dragging down the team.

I hope that clears it up.
Well it does but I’m doubtful you understand.

Also on an aside note, ever since I've had him on ignore, it's been so obvious when Andy has decided to stink up a thread on this site. Same old patterns lol

Blah blah blah...

Explain how the 2017 49ers went 1-10 and the offense averaged 17 points per game with Beathard and Hoyer at QB...

Then went 5-0 and averaged 28.8 points per game with JimmyG... but a QB alone can't be the difference between good and putrid?

Otherwise you're just bloviating like SB1 does.

Did Brady look like the game passed him by?

Players win games. Coaches lose them, and this coach is certainly doing that.
If you see other games you can see how painfully inadequate we look. Our coaching is substandard . I hardly see any of our wide receivers get open on any drive. Bourne and Douglas exceptions in some cases.

See broncos without Jefferson . Playing like they did not skip a beat with a backup QB.

As for defense I felt vikings and cheifs look better than us despite spending lesser draft and free agency money .

Bill has not been able to do anything even with a rookie QB and oodles of free agency cash . The game has passed by Bill. Its an offensive league and bill is woefully inadequate . As for defense Judon is prolly the x factor .

The Patriots defense, despite carrying the 30th worst offense in the league, is ranked 11th in the NFL in both points and yards allowed per drive.

This also despite losing the single best player on the team in Judon, their stud CB in Gonzalez, their All Pro kick returning stud slot CB in Marcus Jones, losing their promising rookie CB and backup kick returner in Isaiah Bolden and losing Uche, Keion White and Jon Jones for a parts of the season.

But yeah, the defense has no talent... and it's not just that Mac Jones sucks.
