Folks, I must take all the blame for today and last Sunday.
Last week I picked up a beautiful prime ribeye, and when I say Io cooked it to perfection, I mean it. Deep mahogany, perfect medium so that intramuscular fat was rendered just right. Seasoned like a pro. Roasted garlic and rosemary mushrooms, and a sauté of onions, peppers, and zucchini. Karma balance - we saw it.
This week - prime New York Strip, baked potato, nice salad. And here we go again.
From now on I will only have bread and water as the game-day meal. Cheap white bread, no butter.
