Phins win they just have too much firepower and their defense is good enough to force mac into tough throws.

Bill needs the gameplan of his life problem is I think McDaniel is a modern day Version of himself on the other side of the ball absolutely love him.
Tua is deadly accurate, Hill is a game breaker no matter who is on him it’s not fair they have 2 number 1 WRs.

They can run the ball no matter who is in the backfield due to the play designs and the respect teams have to give those 2 WRs.

We need to confuse Tua as well as McDaniel and Welker and that is a tall order.

Let me be the first to say we are the best 0-2 team in the NFL.

Have you always been such a defeatist ****y or have you developed this characteristic over the past few years?

Miami’s defense didn’t show jack **** in week 1, other than how to get obliterated against the run. They looked awful against the Chargers and their best pass rusher will be less than 100%, if he plays at all. You probably think that Howard is a shutdown corner. Ask some Dolphins fans about him.

The Phins can run the ball no matter what?? There is clear evidence to the contrary.

Bill needs to come up with the gameplan of his life? WTF are you talking about? He shut down Tua and his sure-fire HOF coach week 1 last year, giving up only one TD, on a broken coverage vs Waddle. The Pats D looks like they will be even stronger this season, even without McCourty and have the pass rushing talent to give Miami’s iffy OL major issues. If the Pats offense had been functioning at more than a high school JV level in 2022, they would have swept them last year. .

I know last is last season.. But I believe we seem to somehow match up well with Waddle and Hill. We need this win. We need as many division wins and AFC wins as possible. Hill obviously is the focus he is an automatic TD. However I don't believe our front is going to give Tua all day to sit back, and hit hill 60 yards down field.

So the Patriots have 10 OL on the roster, 4 of which were on the injury report. Typically they have 8 active, so 2 of those on report are likely to play. If you assume that the guys in concussion protocol are out, that means Onwenu and Strange should be active. Good news.

Can someone help me understand how all these analysts (college and pro analysts) talking about Tua as this elite talent and amazing top tier QB…… when it wasn’t that long ago that they brought in Teddy Bridgewater, were trying to go after Brady, going after other quarterbacks because Tua sucked. Tua became a better quarterback when he inherited Tyreek Hill and waddle. Tua and Mac are pretty interchangeable in my opinion….. very good quarterbacks…..but let’s not get carried away… And again Tyreek Hill makes any quarterback look better

So Andrews and Boutte were removed from the injury report on Friday - that means they’ll probably be good to go. Brown and Sow are still “questionable” instead of “out” or “doubtful”, so there’s a chance. And they didn’t elevate any linemen from the PS, so leads me to think Onwenu and/or Strange will play, otherwise they’d be very short at guard.

Both Keon White and Barmore inside would be a force.
Absolutely positively agreed.. clearly seems D wise is been dealing with something don't Know why white isn't starting.. anyhow..

The fact they didn’t elevate any OL tells me Onwenu as stated above will be back but guessing Strange will also be available hopefully

Good news for Mac Jones. Phillips is the Dolphins only really good pass rusher. No one else is close. Chubb has been a bust in Miami. Big break for the passing game if Phillips is out.
I'm feeling that this is a ground and pound game. If we can get 4,5 YPC I love our chances. How to beat a potent offense is ball control and keeping Tua on the sideline.

White is a rookie. Always better to slowly ramp up playing time as he has never had a 17 game season. Learning a lot so feed the learning curve at a rate he can manage to avoid burnout.
