Would be a terrific move in yesteryears NFL, todays NFL your setting the franchise back 4 years.

I really wonder what the draft value is of a very good to great RB these days given these pay disputes. In the next draft, if you had a guy coming out and all your scouts swore up and down that his floor is Curtis Martin and his ceiling is Barry Sanders, where are you comfortable taking him? Would you take him with the 10th overall pick? 20th?

RBs were taken 8th and 12th this past draft with #12 being a particular surprise. I have to think they’ll encounter the same contract issues as the current generation.

Still don’t know why. I think Kelvin Beachum is a wonderful human being that sets a great example for life, but he is at best another McDermott, so I still don’t understand what would make Jones an upgrade.

You mean the fact that jones is 5 years younger than McDermott isn't a plus? Or that he started more games last year than McDermott did?

Cirrus comes standard with an airframe parachute. probably every bit as safe as Jerrah’s jet.

This is actually a very normal thing. Players have in their contracts things that they are restricted from doing during the season or the off-season. Not sure why this is surprising for anyone.
