Patriots/Packers 8/18/23 [No practice today, just trash talking]

Next stop, Lambeau for round 3. Packers won round 1 on Weds and the Patriots watched the film and felt they needed to change the tackling rules, agreed upon by both sides. Thus, round 2 turned into a cheap fight with the Patriots not following any of the rules of the joint practice. Not a surprise for a franchise many call the "Cheatriats." They will never be invited back to Green Bay. The Packers still got some good work in Thursday, and managed to make it a productive practice, what it's supposed to be. Many teams turn down New England for joint practices. Always are these issues with them. Now we know why. The league has zero respect for a team that embarrasses the shield.

See you in Lambeau on Saturday nite for round 3. Won't see a ton of starters for Green Bay, but as always, they will play with class and honor. The winningest(most wins all-time) and the most successful franchise in the history of the league.

yeah gimme SB championships over the amount of wins all day. GB isn’t the most successful, it’s NE and Pittsburgh, nice try though.

If by “productive practice” you mean that they managed to get their asses handed to they for 2+ hours then, yes, the Packers players and coaches did make it productive.

You’ve clearly been reading quotes by that noted whiney ***** Rasul Douglas, who was clearly trying to make excuses for being beaten like a drum by Patriots receivers. I’m not sure how the Patriots being too aggressive for your delicate flowers is relevant to the offensive domination. The Packers defenders would’ve just been tackling Patriots receivers after they’ve already given up a catch, something that by all accounts happened over and over and over again.

On the other side of the ball, Love didn’t complete many passes yesterday, so there couldn’t have been that many tackling opportunities for Patriots defenders.

Hope you enjoyed watching the 1929,1930,1931,1936,1939,1944,1961,1962,1965,1966,and 1967 Championships.

By the way at least the Patriots never had their franchise revoked for cheating unlike the Fudge Packers.

The Green Bay Packers cheated so badly in the early part of the 20th century that they had their franchise revoked in 1921 and were forced to buy their way back into the league, which founder Curly Lambeau did, by paying the $50 league entry fee in 1922.

The infractions were for recruiting three Notre Dame players -- Hunk Anderson, Ojay Larson, and Hee Garvey -- for their final game of the season at Milwaukee. Chicago head coach George Halas found out and complained, which contributed to the revocation of the Packers' franchise. The Chicago Tribune, the home newspaper of the Packers' archrival Chicago Staleys (later the Bears), broke the story.

Learn your NFL history little one.
