Patriots/Packers 8/18/23 [No practice today, just trash talking]

I was waiting for you to come down with the toxicity I stay in my lane lol

And I was waiting for you to ask me how I know about the sword fights at the RamRod bar!

Next stop, Lambeau for round 3. Packers won round 1 on Weds and the Patriots watched the film and felt they needed to change the tackling rules, agreed upon by both sides. Thus, round 2 turned into a cheap fight with the Patriots not following any of the rules of the joint practice. Not a surprise for a franchise many call the "Cheatriats." They will never be invited back to Green Bay. The Packers still got some good work in Thursday, and managed to make it a productive practice, what it's supposed to be. Many teams turn down New England for joint practices. Always are these issues with them. Now we know why. The league has zero respect for a team that embarrasses the shield.

See you in Lambeau on Saturday nite for round 3. Won't see a ton of starters for Green Bay, but as always, they will play with class and honor. The winningest(most wins all-time) and the most successful franchise in the history of the league.
You’re still here? I thought you slinked away into the shadows like the lightweight lil dustball you are. Only reason you would be here is because you feel somewhat inferior as a fan, which to me is ridiculous. You know you’re not lacing it up out there…right? We’re here to actually talk football, not sling **** off of the keyboards like the football fandom equivalent of a basement dwelling simp. Love ain’t givin’ you no Love tonight darlin’. Move along. I’m sure there is a Bears or Vikings forum that would love to have you lurking about.

Is there even practice today? Lol

Nope. Just some good discussions about Packers championship wins over the Portsmouth Spartans and Providence Steam Roller. And some gay bar talk instigated by @Guts

Please ban him.

Yankees and Habs fans are bad enough chirping about titles won before their parents were born but this takes it to another level. Lol

Yep, but at least those were won under rules we recognize today; during the '20s pro football was barely a couple of steps different than rugby.

Hope you enjoyed watching the 1929,1930,1931,1936,1939,1944,1961,1962,1965,1966,and 1967 Championships.

By the way at least the Patriots never had their franchise revoked for cheating unlike the Fudge Packers.

The Green Bay Packers cheated so badly in the early part of the 20th century that they had their franchise revoked in 1921 and were forced to buy their way back into the league, which founder Curly Lambeau did, by paying the $50 league entry fee in 1922.

The infractions were for recruiting three Notre Dame players -- Hunk Anderson, Ojay Larson, and Hee Garvey -- for their final game of the season at Milwaukee. Chicago head coach George Halas found out and complained, which contributed to the revocation of the Packers' franchise. The Chicago Tribune, the home newspaper of the Packers' archrival Chicago Staleys (later the Bears), broke the story.
Man.. I could double my age and live my life over again and still not be old enough to have seen eight of those championships

Back to the game, if thats what this thread is for. I’m hoping for a lot of the young guys getting some serious run time. No injuries for either side and just some clean execution. I’ll be looking for guys like Boutte, Thornton and Douglas. I’d like to see Zappe have more than 2 sec’s to throw a ball (his movement in the pocket and identifying his throwing lanes needs big improvement and) and hopefully no McSorley. Give the time to Zappe & Cunningham. I’d also like to see less of K. White. I’m sure we will due to the ankle injury but if felt like the poor kid hardly ever left the field. I also want to see more of Bolden and Speed. I have high hopes for both guys but deep down inside I know I’m going to be disappointed with the outcome with at least one of them. Bill won’t part with Bryant and somehow underperforming Wade keeps finding a way to hang around.

Trolling another teams board and counting titles in the pre-super bowl era?

Grats on your upcoming 5-win season.

Just **** off.

Finally found someone whose smack talk is worse than the Amish wanna be pro wrestler guy I went to high-school with.
Please tell me this is real and you didn't make that up.

Better yet if it is made up don't tell me. I want this to be real.

Yeah a big couple of weeks for Booty & Cunningham, and maybe Zappy too...

Myles of Space & Bedsore need to just Go; neither of them bring anything to the table. Time to give a couple of others a chance, including Speed & Bolden, whom Bill did after all draft just a couple of months ago...

I'm still holding out hope that Shaun Wade can make a living with us as a backup Free Safety to Jalen Mills.
