It seems clear that BOB is making quite an impression on these guys. Really seems to be a great hire so far. Very glad to have him back in the building and it's interesting how Belichick has basically let him run the full show offensively. I wonder how deeply involved Belichick is defensively vs. how much Mayo and Steve are running things. Bill is at his best when he's overseeing it all and not in the weeds himself.

For where he was taken, he should (and probably will) be much, Much better at his position (WLB; we have enough Strong Safeties) than Nixon is at his.
