I still don't think that Mac Jones has had a full shot at proving what he can do on the field in the NFL, but success as a QB and face of an NFL franchise is not just about managing the game on the field but managing your reactions to what's happening around you. Jones seems to have problems in that regard.
Over his 20 years with BB and the Pats organization, TB12, as we now know, had plenty of "issues" with how things were being done, but he kept them all in the building. I think other teams can't be blamed for thinking, "If Jones acted like that with arguably the greatest HC in the history of the game and as part of one of the greatest franchises in the league, how will we be able to handle him?" Damaged goods.
