Kraft had a perfect opportunity to go back to retro uniforms during the Brady years which has been en vogue since 2010. I started watching the Pats during the flying Elvis year's in the 90's and those uniforms fit in during that time. But their logo is looking very dated and the current primary uniforms are top 10 worst in the NFL.

I have vanilla ice cream that's more intriguing than those old generic road uniforms.

Kraft is NOT changing back.

He would make a pile of money by turning back the clock too.

The current logo and colors are associated with winning. You can claim that the Pats were winners in the old red all you want, but its a fallacy. All this team needs is a better QB and theyre winning again.

I got this t-shirt in 1993. As you can see I wore it a lot. Couldn't throw it away so it was "retired" with other items.

I lost my "Squish the Fish" and "Berry the Bears" t-shirts.

My very, very cheap "Squish the Fish" t-shirt fell apart, that was the first Pats paraphernalia ever bought. During those 'dark" times there was no Pats gear anywhere, Sears used to be a huge distributor of NFL Gear, every year in the "Christmas Wish Book" they would feature stuff from Pittsburgh, Dallas, NYG, Chicago etc. but nothing ever for the Pats. I would come to work on Sunday and fans would wear their NYG, Miami etc "puff coats" and they always looked down on Pats fans. Payback mo fo..

Yep. I think my mom bought those shirts at the Marshalls in Methuen.

Pat Patriot is retro and could be in vogue. Missed opportunity.

The all white is about as bland as you can get.

They look crappy on the Colts too.
Agree to disagree. I think they're sharp for the Browns, and the Saints Color (yeah, I know) Rush version too. Bills are sharp.

I guess you can't please everybody.

White look like jammies.

White look like jammies.

Also a lot like that old kind of winter long underwear we wore as kids, about as nondescript as it gets. How anyone could feel nostalgic about them seems like a cry for help.

That's as good of a description as anything I can come up with.

the new uniform combo and look sucks very bad... bring back the silver pants with blue uniforms,... but i think they need a whole new design...

It’s ok to say the uniforms sucked, they made changes to the damn logo sleeve within two years and scrapped it all in 2000.
I love the 90’s uni’s, but will definitely admit that the Thomas the Tank Engine look for the 93 season was clunky.

It was a welcome sight and a new beginning.

A rebirth.

The Pats were pitiful losers. Cursed. Every time they got good, something bad would happen. Like when the HC quit in the playoffs. When the Pats finally made it to the Super Bowl, they only had to face the best defense of all time. Buddy Ryan and the Bears GOAT defense. The Pats jumped out to a FG lead and the game was over. The Curse took over like always. It was the most lopsided Super Bowl score forever 46 - 10.

Parcells was a SOB but he knew how to win. He could draft and create enthusiasm. Without Parcells there is no Pats dynasty. The 2001 team had a foundation of players that he drafted. His Guys. Bruschi, Troy Brown and Adam V. Home town hall of famers. Those guys are on the Boston HOF wall.

You cant go back. Let the Red curse sleep.
God I hate that false loser narrative and the curse nonsense. The Pats had good teams in every decade of their existence.

Just counting the 40 years before Brady came along the Pats had a .500 or better record 8 times in the 80s and 5 times in each of the 60s, 70s and 90s.

Their 46.8 winning % for those 40 years is better than the overall % for nine teams, Ari, Atl, Cincy, Det, Hou, Jac, NJ and TB. With the Brady years added in the Pats are 5th all time.

And how the hell does Tuna Sh!t get credit for buying the groceries when all we heard was him crying that he didn't get to shop for the groceries. Isn't that why he dumped the team and negotiated with the Jets during his last season here?

The real losers around here are those who think that Parcells deserves credit for the team's more recent success, when it's abundantly clear that it was because of the players, mostly Brady.
