Barmore played all 17 games as a rookie. He missed 7 games in 2022.

The Pats need someone who can block at TE, though, looking at the pass-blocking snaps listed on PFF, TEs aren't being asked to do that nearly as much..

Well let me say this.. whenever you come into the league injured minor or major you don't miraculously get healthier throughout your Career span.

I was simply making the argument that when player's aren't available then thier shelf life in NE In particular is relatively short.. Barmore I love him! He is a force and the position he plays is brutal on the body.. so I was just saying if he's not available or has to miss significant time going forward than he wouldn't necessarily be dependable. That was proven again by the release of mills today

No. Not every year. He had 5 straight years of playing every game before this year. You might be confusing him with OJ Howard whom has had only ONE healthy season in the last 6.

You always look at the best possible outcome. What happened with fat matt last year?
