Juju would be amazing working the slot.. he can play outside, but slot is his thing..
It's said that Juju is not that nimble in the Slot he's ok we need more than ok.
He made his name working out of the slot in Pittsburgh.. he amassed over 1,000 yards that season.. he's far more than ok.. he looked more than ok to me in the superbowl playing the Edelman type role..
But we have no player who Draws elite coverage he had that in PiItt and Kelce in KC. I don't think he would be a good fit here with these current misfits.

Agreed, he did have that other player.. Juju had a knee injury wich affected his quick break abilities that he showed in Pitt that breakout season.. one way or another we need to get Mac another burner... I've tempered my expectations... I'm now looking at Lazard
Yeah, I'm feeling like free agency is where they'll do their shopping and maybe a 2nd or 3rd round draft pick. I have a feeling we're going to have another season where PatsFans posters are pissed about our WR corps.
And If that's the case we'll finish Fourth in the Division. Buffalo = Diggs- Miami = Hill/Waddle - Jets = Wilson and Patriots = Nobody yawns.
We were in position for second in the division this year with Joe and the Fat Man as our OCs. I think BoB is going to help in that regard and Meyers + Lazard might be enough to allow us to get into the playoffs. Even with Tee Higgins or Jeudy, I don't think we're ready to compete for more than that yet, so wait for them to become free agents.
The Jets had no QB and Tua was lost due to a concussion the other Teams get paid to improve their Rosters too and hope for a litlle luck on the injury front. From a Talent Standpoint we are Fourth in the East GM/BB Needs to bridge that gap Miami and the Jets split with Buffalo we looked overmatched!
I don't necessarily disagree, but I do wonder which direction the Bills are going in right now (getting better or worse). I expect the Jets to Jete their QB situation yet again and Tua is one thump away from retirement. I think if we maintain our defense and improve our offense enough to win some of those toss-up games, the franchise is looking up.
Yeah... I'm feeling like it's the JC penny we'll be shopping in not SAX 5th Ave for WR'S.. I've focused in on a guy like Lazard, he the prototype of WR that we need.. also if we can just add some pieces like 3rd down back and fulfill my notion of Jones in the slot on offense that'd sure up some areas..
Other people's view might differ, but I think Bill sees some good WRs coming up on the market next year and rather than overpay in picks and salary now, he'll shop the bargain bins now to hold us over until next year. It also allows him to see if Mac Jones is the kind of QB you want to give a Tee Higgins or Jeudy to next season, or if Bill (or someone else) is going to have to go back to square one with QB instead.
Definitely sensible... I like all of us would have like that to had happen in 2022.. however I Know we're on to the new season and hopefully can have a better season and make a return to the playoffs.
Well they have Allen the Best QB in the division that's something.
