Jackson would definitely hold out under that scenario. He can basically force a trade. Unless Baltimore just decides to trash the 2023 season out of spite (which seems doubtful).
I think there are a few teams that possibly would consider Tua... Colts, Panthers, Falcons, Raiders (if McDaniels gets desperate). But I totally agree, his career looks to be heading toward an inevitable early end.
Yes, it's definitely concerning and a huge disappointment for fans like me who thought he could revolutionize the QB position in the NFL. He was brilliant in 2019 and I'm not quitting on him yet. The unfortunate reality for Baltimore is he doesn't want to play there anymore and they've been completely awful without him. I hope he gets a fresh start next season and I think there will be multiple takers.
Certainly this is the unfortunate track record. Josh Allen has been able to avoid injuries to this point and he runs like a fullback. He's the ideal dual threat QB in the league right now (but he absolutely needs to clean up the turnovers). Like I said, I haven't given up on Jackson and I have high hopes for Fields (if Chicago can get their **** together and build a team around him). Hurts played like a champion in the Super Bowl and he has a very bright NFL career ahead of him. One of these guys is winning a Super Bowl very soon.
You forgot to mention that Andrews is way better than any of the Ravens WRs. And "LJ can't hit the broadside of a barn" but the team has been a hopeless disaster every time he's out. And LJ's a former league MVP with a 9.0 TD% which is phenomenal. (But we can continue that discussion in the QB thread.)
Lamar to Miami or NYJ would be very bad news for the Patriots. It would also make either one of those teams legitimate contenders with Buffalo for the division.
