It's easy, and only takes a few moments. If the Dolphins do lose the next two games (vs Pats, vs Jets), it's extremely likely the Patriots make the playoffs even if they lose to Buffalo the following week. It'd leave New England, Miami and NYJ all at 8-9, but New England would have the tiebreaker over both of them for the 7 seed.Yep. Dolphins are staring at 6 straight losses to close out their season. What a collapse lol
I think he is still out from suckage that happened continuouslyHoyer is still out from his concussion that happened in October.
Yikes so that's 3 this year for him
That's not a good situation. He might want to think about hanging them up.
Damn I feel bad for him. I hate Miami but he's a class act. I feel the same about Josh Allen, hard not to like him as a person. I hope Tua is ok as more to life then football
I agree with all of the aboveI think it would be smart to end his season. I think it would be less smart, but still smart, to sit him for the next two games and hope they can get into the playoffs without him. I think it would be even less smart, and borderline stupid, to sit him for just this one week and bring him back next week. I think the least intelligent move would be to play him this week.
He's the only one who this regularly happens to, though. I genuinely think his coordination or instincts are slow when it comes to being suddenly moved. It's pretty near to impossible to protect one's self against head slams that occur as part of a whiplash effect.
Exactly, that's what it looks like. Like he doesn't expect it to hurt. It's almost like he's expecting to be gently placed on the ground and is surprised when someone tackles him with force. He almost seems to go limp.

Just telling it like I see it not how I think it would be smart to handle it.I think it would be smart to end his season. The part that confuses me further here is that he sees the rusher, backs up to evade him briefly just long enough to flip the ball to a receiver... but... he KNOWS the rusher is there and is about to hit him... I'm unclear why he seems to make no attempt at all to brace himself or anything as if he was taken by total surprise blindside when he got tackled.Exactly, that's what it looks like. However, the Steelers could also win two in a row (vs Ravens, vs Browns) and pass them to go 9-8. But if Pittsburgh loses one of those two games and ends 8-9, New England also has the tiebreaker over them too.
Sounds like a 4 or 5 team parlay. I never hit those. Also the Jets must lose to the seahawks. Probably will but not a given as the hawks are struggling . And I think the Titans would need to lose to the Jaguars, one simulation I ran had the Jags over us at 8-9 if they do not win the division. But we are getting in over the Titans at 8-9 or worse when they aren't the division winner. This one I'd say is likely. And Raiders gotta lose one more (Niners or chiefs) which is very likely. So it's a bunch of things that are likely to happen, but that's also a bunch of things and in the NFL you never know.

You’d say Brady wants to play behind an O line that makes a habit of putting their QB in concussion protocol?I'd say this improves Brady's chances of going to Miami next year.
yes. after one concussion an individual is more susceptible to subsequent concussions. This is from NIH:Do concussions become easier to occur if you already got them before? This could get ugly.
Concussions and their consequences: current diagnosis, management and preventionAlso, it is now known that, after a concussion, there is greater susceptibility to sustaining another concussion and that subsequent concussions occur with less force and take longer to resolve.
At this point it is really concerning for long term health. Did he get concussions in previous years or just started this year?

I say his career is just about done or it should be. You can only take so manyYikes so that's 3 this year for him
