maybe but that applies to both QBs
Maybe we should just want the defense to stay on the field offense is painful to watch. Patricia screws up calling a TO negating the TD

Maybe we can close this thread
Only if you can't read lol

The playoffs as far as the Patriots are concerned, start 12/24. That was the entire point of the thread

When you look at the Chargers' upcoming schedule (Colts, Rams, Broncos), it's hard to see any more losses. They're likely finishing with 11 wins, 10 at the least barring a total choke job. Baltimore and Miami will likely get the other 2 spots. We'd have to win out just to have a slight chance of getting in, which seems highly unlikely.

I like your optimism, and your right with the scenarios. However I believe yesterday's game was the season. Realistically it's so hard to watch us offensively save for Stevenson!

This season just pretty much spoiled an elite defense. Feels like 7-10 to me.. wich may be just what needs to happen in order for the krafts to implore changes.

At this point they should focus on draft free agency and new coaches
No point in making the playoffs with performances like that
Agreed! I definitely see some changes coming offensively, I believe John Jones is gone in free agency.. he's got 2 rings

And making changes to the QB position and OC. But Belichick won’t.

That’s not true. Wining out would guarantee we get in…
We’re currently tied with the jets and one game back of the dolphins, with another dolphins matchup remaining. If we win that we’ll have a better division record than them and will have the tiebreaker.
Go 3-0 and we’re in. Go 2-1 and we have a chance.

Correct, unless i am missing something we do control our own destiny still.

Fair enough, I wasn't thinking it through. Winning out seems unlikely though.

Theoretically, yes true. However has anything you've seen offensively outside of Stevenson gave you any reason for hope? If we do win out it has to be on defense..

Oh, i have very little hope it’ll actually happen lol just saying that we do officially still control our own destiny.

Yeah. I certainly think this team is capable of beating both the dolphins and bengals. Bills seems unlikely. And just the idea of stringing together 3 wins against high quality teams seems to demand a level of consistently good football that’s unlikely with this team.

Really sucks given the spot we would be in right now if the last minute of that game went differently.

Yeah, it seems every time there is hope with this 2022 Pats team, it very quickly turns the other way. Just not a good enough team right now.

Lol , if you look at things. This season needed to happen the way it's been. I feel that ownership, with being pulled from prime time slots, likely missing the playoffs after at least Making it last season.. just how bad we are offensively.

I'd like to ask what is more likely Making the post season? Or serious changes being made coaching and roster related?
