I agree with this. There is no lack of resilience, usually of effort, on the part of this offense.It's the best thing about them, Rhamondre and Jacoby aside. They just don't have a coach worthy of the term.

Yeah.. I think its a bunch of reasons:

1.Lost Dante/Josh/Tom in quick succession
2.Replaced O coordinator with a D coordinator (insane)
3. No top tier WRs
4. Mac isn't experienced/good enough to overcome the above 3
