OT: Top Nav Bar - Desktop MAC users

I was alerted that the drop-down menus were not working on MAC, so I took some time over the weekend to re-code that. They should be working now, and thanks to @Tunescribe for the heads up on that

On chrome it's fine. I don't use safari.

Definitely, I'd like it to work for everybody. Although now thanks to @h0c2000 I need to find a way to test things on a chrome book to see if I can find and fix the issue with that.
