NFL GAME DAY DISCUSSION NFL Week 13 Other Games

Ravens too.

Chargers have a much easier go of it than the other 3.

The way I see it, much tougher for Jets and Patriots than for Ravens and Chargers. This is based on matchups alone.
Ravens are basically in, they're 8-4 with h2h wins over Patriots and Jets.

Their schedule isn't that difficult either to finish 2-3 and get to 10, Steelers x2, Browns, Falcons, Bengals.

I love how a Patriots fan has a nervous breakdown over Brady leaving the Patriots, latches onto the replacement, then ditches the replacement when he doesn't pan out. Then he decides to latch his lips on Mahomes' ball bag.

Most Patriots fans hate the Chiefs. The Patriots are competing with the Jets and Chargers for the playoffs. The Bengals are likely winning the NFCN anyway.

Lamar Jackson has a significant knee injury. He may miss the next several games.

Yup

Jets, KC, Steelers, Colts in that order for me F em all

Still not used to 17 regular-season games and one playoff bye in each conference. Should've never been changed.

And as much as I hate KC that 26 game win streak by them in Nov/Dec was impressive

The Bengals are an 11 win team. Just like you put it, we should be concerned with the Jets/Chargers.

Also, this is clinging to the prospect we even figure out a way to win 9 games this year with the defunct unit on offense. We're trending in the wrong direction and are praying other teams fall apart -- not exactly screaming "Playoff team."

Based on the Chargers’ recent history and Herbert’s under .500 record, despite being heralded the chosen one, and their inability to beat the Raiders, I don’t think the record of their opponent matters much.

Weak team. Weak QB.

I love how patriots fans are rooting for the Bengals to win when the Pats are fighting them for a wild card spot
Stop trying rehabilitate or aquire a good reputation. You got a little carried away with your Brady trolling in this tread tonight. Your agenda is clear.

Herbert is excellent.

I don't know why we're bagging on guys so quickly. The guy is clearly laboring behind that OL. But he is pretty tough and has shown he can do some pretty special things out there. Not everyone is stellar each and every year. He's not Mahomes but he can grow into a Josh Allen.

Whoever gets that 7 seed is going to lose by 20 in Buffalo or Kansas City

He failed tonight. A little setback in your hopes that Mahomes becomes the goat. He probably should have dinked and dunked a little more instead of looking for a highlight real moment.

Or his TE could have held onto the ball instead of fighting for a few extra feet

Cincinatti is a great team. Let's see how Timmy does against them in a few weeks.

poor @VectorPrime doesn't realize the Cowboys are the 5th seed right now and would be facing the Bucs, not Seattle or SF

Dolphins remaining games: at Chargers, at Bills, vs Packers, at Patriots, vs Jets

Bengals remaining games: vs Browns, at Buccaneers, at Patriots, vs Bills, vs Ravens

Jets remaining games: at Bills, vs Lions, vs Jaguars, at Seahawks, at Dolphins

Chargers remaining games: vs Dolphins, vs Titans, at Colts, vs Rams, at Broncos

Have to guess the Jets will lose to the Bills in round 2. The Jets and Dolphins have to play each other so one of them will drop a game. Dolphins and Chargers also have to play each other next week. If I had to guess, Dolphins will finish 3-2, Bengals finish 3-2, Jets finish 2-3, Chargers finish 3-2, Patriots finish 3-2 (beating the Cardinals, Raiders and Dolphins). Based on what I can tell, that'd have them finishing 9-8 but grabbing the 7 seed via tiebreakers (conference record) over the Jets and Chargers who would also be 9-8.

The Chiefs' entire season has hinged on Kelce breaking loose for tons of extra yards and TDs. It was a good play by the Bengals considering nobody else has done that to him this year.

So basically we need to go 4-1, and have the Jets go 3-2

Then we sneak in the playoffs and get smoked again on primetime/win the Super Bowl.

Why is Herbert excellent? He is a good QB until he makes some noise in the playoffs. Burrow is excellent, Mahomes is excellent, Brady, Rodgers, etc. Has Herbert won a playoff game?

Bucs roll

Shall we revisit your Bucs predictions you made at the beginning of the year? Like Brady's going to go 13-4, throw for 40+ TDs, get MVP, Super Bowl MVP, and walk off into the sunset?
