Guy really does have a screw loose. The Giants really could have used a guy with his skillset but for whatever reason he didn't seem to want to play there after doing almost nothing at all. Seems like addition by subtraction for them and they at least get a decent return for a guy who has been useless.

I'd need to look it up but I'm certain Parsons went in the 10-15 range and Toney was drafted a good 5 picks later.

Even so, everyone had Parsons pegged as an off the ball guy, not a pass-rushing demon. Toney drew a ton of Tyreek comps and was expected to go high.
