I kinda wonder if Bill feels like the gap between Mac's ceiling and Zappe's ceiling isn't huge and he thinks he can get some team to trade him a first or a good player for Mac next year.

Our run defense is making this game harder than it has to be. I've seen quite a few Bears games and aggressively attacking them works because Fields isn't good enough to consistently make you pay.
Can't believe we're having this much trouble with this offense. Mobile quarterback, but with that personnel this really shouldn't be happening. Hopefully we hold them to 3 and make the adjustments at half

I run security for 18 different venues including patriots players coming in and out of my clubs. Never have I seen one of my guys micromanage employees the way your mods do.
I'm mainly curious why the justification is needed. Did he need to justify it to his players? Maybe some players felt like it was wrong not to give Mac his job back once he got right. Was Kraft pushing to put Mac back in?
