NFL Trade Deadline Rumors, including Bourne and Agholar

I don't see the Eagles giving up Nakobe Dean for Wynn. Dean still could be a good player. Wynn has little to no trade value. If this trade ever goes through, the Pats would have to give up more than just Wynn for Dean.

If the Pats wanted Nakobe Dean, they would have drafted him last year. He was available and Bill traded down.

I don't think you guys realize Simon Charles doesn't even exist.

But I like the trade.

I think Wynn has some trade value. Several teams need a LT. If I’m the Pats I’d hang onto him unless I received a mid-round pick or a player I covet. They need the depth.

Yes, I think Wynn might generate some interest, especially from a team that's looking for depth at LT (since he clearly can't or won't play RT). It won't be the Eagles, as they're one of the few teams that have been mentioned with OL depth for trade.

I don't know if I agree. A team would have to be pretty desperate to bring Wynn in to start at LT. He struggled last year at LT just not as bad as he has been at RT this year.

If BB was going to make a move, I would think he would have done so already. I highly doubt any moves are coming between now and MNF. There are still two weeks worth of games to be played before the trading deadline. Alot could change from now til then. If the Pats lose to the Jets, they would be 0-2 in the division and at least three games back of both the Jets and Bills. If that is the case, sell, sell, sell.

If they lose to the Bears they should be regulated to the ACC.

You might be right. Yet two years ago he was adequate. Average starting NFL tackles are in short supply. PFF notwithstanding, there are worse tackles. But he still may not fetch enough for Bill to deal him because of the depth issue.

I think that you are underestimating how desperate many teams are at LT. Wynn had a very solid year in 2020.

Despite the occasional breakdown in protection, Wynn performed reasonably well in 2021, making 15 starts during the regular season. He finished fifth on the team’s offensive unit, having taken 915 (82.8 percent) of their snaps. According to Pro Football Focus, Wynn allowed six sacks and five quarterback hits, earning an overall grade of 74.9. He was also flagged for penalties nine times throughout the season.

I might consider giving them a mid/late Day-3 swap for their other DE Yetur Gross-Matos... He's underachieved since he entered the league one pick after Dugger; maybe a change of scenery to a (at this moment) contender would help him become more productive and take some of the load off Judon... He's got a bit of size to him, so at least he's not a weak-ass midget like Wino, Uche & Perkins...

I’d love DT Derrick Brown next to Barmore, but that’s a pipe dream.
