If Jahlani Slow Thigh Tavai is in the game, look to see Green Bay take advantage since his coverage skills are weak.

And can Josh Uche make a tackle? Assist even?

Since the Miami game, where he had a sack, he has done nothing to register a tackle. Is he a bust?

Based on the absolute beating that Mac has taken thru just 3 fecking games, I would not expect Hoyer to last the 4-6 weeks. Zappe better pay attention in practice and be ready to go.

That's what I'm saying I hated the Zapppe pick at the time but liking it about now.

I'd like to see that too, but only for the same reason I wanted to see Mac start week 1 last year: Because it means he's earned it. If Zappe isn't ready, and hasn't shown that he's ready, it doesn't do much good to put him out there just because he has more upside (short or longterm) than Hoyer. I feel like that's how the Jets have (so far) failed with Zach Wilson. They never gave him any real competition and handed him the starting job in year 1. Make the kids earn their playing time, that way they learn the habits necessary to start week in and week out. And if Zappe never earns that, like Stidham seemingly never did, then so be it.

I watched the Packers Bucs highlights and the Packers looked pretty good in the first half....think they have more on tap......gonna be a tough one.

Yeah, I saw that too Scotty. They were actually going in for a 21-3 lead and the rb fumbled at the goal line (sounds all too familiar). Think that play changed the momentum, otherwise it could have been a blow out.

Just for info I noted that the Packers have Quay Walker (Rookie LB) playing for them. He seems to be doing well in his first season.

I think he made a few lists for the Pats at last years draft

Yes, good point. Games are not played on paper but this will be a tough game. If we dont start beating ourselves then we have a chance...just need Zappe or Hoyer to step up !
