Glad for the win - but Mac looks pretty bad at times..as does Parker although I dont know if it's all his fault.
On the D side - does Bryant really have to play?
I dunno about him playing on the defense but he needs some remedial lessons in punt returns... He never should have chased that ball down... Stupid play on his part... He got very lucky
Hard to see from the angle we got, but I felt the Meyers hold on the Stevenson run was pretty weak too. Didn't matter as they got the first down two plays later, but that had the potential to be another ticky tack drive killer.
The same people who ridiculed people who claimed last week's game might have been competitive or even a Patriots win if not for two or three plays are now saying this win is a loss because of three plays. Precious.
Theres too many for me to even mention. Nothing super horrible, but lots of wtf calls and it seemed like literally EVERY borderline call went their way. Great resilience by the team to battle through and triumph on the road
Not every call... Judon's pass breakup could have easily been called DPI and I wouldn't have been upset. He never turned around to look at the ball and basically wrapped up the receiver. I figure it evened out the hold/DPI on the Steelers earlier against Parker.
Round of applause to the O-line. They had a great game which many, including myself, thought Mac would be under siege.
Aside from some Bledsoe esque throws, Mac played well overall. Need to work on scoring more points though.
Defense played well and didn't allow Trubisky to do anything.

The Steelers had some close pi’s too. Think I remember jonnu getting hit a little early on a 3rd down pass down the middle. The judon play i agree would have been a chance for a bailout call but really najee shouldve stopped and let judon run him over.
I live in a Pittsburgh suburb too, married to a Steelers fan. My older son is a Steelers fan too, even though I’ve tried to make him a Pats fan, he just has too many Steelers fans around him. He was mad at me after the game haha
