Before anyone jumps, yes I know you really can't do this. But if you take away the strip sack fumble returned for a TD and the 4th and 7 play at the end of the half. the score would have been 7-6. This game literally came down to two plays.
That’s not the way it works though. Miami would have played differently if they weren’t milking a 20-7 lead. Taking time off the clock and more conservative play calling then if the game was close.

- on the 4th down play where Mac went to Parker, I wish Mac had thrown it short to let Park move back to it. He had position on the defender and would have drawn a DPI.

- Mac tried to force the ball too much. Especially to Meyers. I felt he was going through his progressions too quickly and not letting plays develop when he had time.

- The Running game was Good with Harris. Mediocre with Stevenson.

- I'm a broken record by now, but it's a mistake to not get Bourne involved early. He's a catalyst that just makes things happen. Don't know what happened that he's 4th, but it hurts the team, in all honesty.

- Not sure what Devante Parker's snap count was, but 1 reception isn't going to cut it. He should have drawn the DPI against Howard on the pass that led to the interception. Is the rule about calling a Penalty on Review still in place? If so, the league FUBARED the call. It was so blatant it's ridiculous.

- Please, PLEASE can we get rid of Myles Bryant already? Playing him over Marcus Jones is a travesty.

I didn't think they were that conservative at all. I thought they stayed aggressive throughout the game.

Parker led the team with 57 offensive snaps.

The entire "two plays" narrative is built on nonsensical projection. The game was over at halftime.

And which half did the two plays I spoke about happen? And the Dolphins clearly didn't play to just run out the clock in second half. They couldn't do anything on offense in the second half. And the Pats had opportunities to get back into the game in the second half. At one point in the third quarter, they were only down by 10 points and only 13 points by the end of it.

These were two evenly matched teams yesterday where one team had a couple of plays where they took advantage of mistakes.

Well it's quite obvious Mac has some issues saw some strange throws and questionable decision making. There are a lot of Good young QB's in this league let's not anoint Mac Jones yet. Isn't Brian Flores undefeated against the Patriots since he left?? I don't think a Defense that can bring HEAT is what Mac wants to see. Steelers - Ravens then Packers. 0-4 is real possible with this can't come from behind Team.

Really? They were still trying to score in the second half. They were only up by 10 points by midway through the 3rd quarter. Hell, even late in the fourth quarter, McDaniel was still having Tua throwing 20-30 yards in their own red zone. Let's not act like it was a 38-7 lead. It was a two score lead going in the fourth. The Dolphins scored 13 points on offense all day and their only TD was a 47 yard TD on a blown coverage on a 4th and seven with seconds left in the half.

It is a false narrative that the Dolphins dominated the game and took their foot off the gas in the second half because they created a sizeable lead.

I am still trying to figure out why we kept targeting Xavien Howard. The best player of the field and for some reason Mac kept throwing in his direction.
Mac was Locking on to a certain target wasn't looking around very Bledsoe-ish.

That's not the case. This game was evenly matched and came down to 2 or 3 plays which happened to be turnovers. You can't win on the road losing the turnover battle 3-0.

Were you even watching the game or were you getting ready for Tampa to play?

This Mac Jones lead Patriots Team haven't shown that they have the ability to come from behind. The stars have to be aligned we should have double dipped @ WR. We have no Speed at the moment or a player that can beat you on one play. Hard to win in Todays NFL with players who are easy to defend or don't scare anybody too many of those players on the current Patriots.

Low blow there Ash: I was watching a somewhat rattled Mac Jones and was not impressed with his arm at all the rumors are true.
lol love you @PatsFan2 ...He looked good on the first drive until the int in the endzone......had a good throw to Bourne as well. Made some poor decisions, and hopefully, he'll be better as the season goes on.

I guess the back breaker for me was on the Davis play, nuetral zone violation. Pats just called a time out, miami 4th down try. Coach tells all the defense don't jump, he jumps. Dumb teams loose alot of games.
Yes, he is not indispensable. Should be released immediately for stupidity.

The Steelers defense took a huge hit with the loss of TJ Watt. It remains to be see how they'll be without him.

It's no mystery we can see why Miami moved on from Parker...but can somebody tell me why our Best WR K Bourne wasn't on the field more?? Does BB have that much pride knowing this Team is in transition and not loaded with play makers but we are keeping our best one on the bench. I thought BB plays the best players that gives us the best chance to win??

Any news on Adrian Phillips injury? I'd rather Bill IR him, let him rest and let Peppers and Bledsoe fill the void. Anything to get Myles Bryant off the field.

The Flores Factor I don't think he will be scared of any Patriots' QB not named Brady.
