Just a reminder that there is no limit on the number of teams from a division, but those division matches will certainly be brutal.
The Raiders play (playoff contenders):

Chiefs
Chiefs
Broncos
Broncos
Chargers
Chargers
Titans
Colts
Rams
49'ers
Cardinals
Patriots
Steelers

The first six listed are interchangeable depending on which team, obviously...then
Swap the Bengals for the Steelers and the Bills for the Patriots and that's the Chief's road.
Swap the Ravens for the Steelers and the Dolphins for the Patriots and that's the Chargers's road.
Swap the Browns fort eh Steelers and the Jete for the Patriots and there's your Bronco's road.

I have a hard time finding three of those AFCW teams going to the playoffs with that gauntlet. The idea that adding a couple of players makes a team THAT much better (unless it's a QB) has never really played out, and since all four have added and they all play each other twice...

Raiders also play the Saints and Seahawks on the road which might not be gimme games if those teams end up with nfl competent qbs. Ryan, Garoppolo and Mayfield are apparently out there. Garoppolo will probably be on a different team too. Saints could bring back Winston which they were 5-2 with him before he got injured.

I'm hoping Anderson can contribute this year:

Hope springs eternal being a Patriots fan we're going to have to hope for a lot of things year. For one a Good Draft similar to last years would be great.

I don’t think Anderson makes the 53. I hope I am wrong and he contributes in a positive fashion…but me doubts it.

The Patriots offense wasn’t “quality” in 2019, they were the 17th ranked offense in the league in points scored. Brady was dealing with injuries, so was the OLine. In 2020 they started the rebuild… I don’t care about trends after 2019. They need to build upon 2021, Mac needs to improve as sophomore player's often do… like Brady did when he came back 15 pounds heavier in lean muscle mass.
Agreed. They certainly weren't in "rebuild" mode when they were trading picks for players mid-season.

Injuries are the Great equalizer a Team or Three could lose their Starting QB's for a extended period of time or for the entire year.

They play Seattle in Seattle, too, and if the Hawks lands Ryan, that's no gimme.

He did not look good before the injury . still got playing time . Bill obviously likes him
uphill battle to 53 hopefully (meaning more quality competition coming in)
I honestly forgot that he was still on the team. I knew he had been injured but I thought they cut him after that with an injury settlement. He has been very good run defender throughout his career, as recently as 2020.

Must be a special all you can eat Luncheon Brown ain't passing that up I'm telling you.
BB’s secret plan…Ground Round

The #Patriots had some discussions with Cordarrelle Patterson about a reunion, per a league source. But stop me if you heard this before: they wouldn’t compete with the money Patterson got from the #Falcons.
