No, he wasn't. I am convinced referees throw flags when they feel like it.
ok so double standards depending on whom the NFL wants to win, alright we are already in the WWE sphere for this "sport"...great

funny how they flagged Winfield back in the SB for the same

Another example - Lavante David threw his helmet on the field vs Dallas in week 1...no penalty, which would have changed the outcome of that game and perhaps the final seedings in the NFC. Yesterday, he gets flagged for the same act.

Stolen thought of the weekend:

If this PO round does not prove to you that a stud receiver can, at very least, take you to the super bowl in todays NFL, i dont know what will

In the final two minutes we weren’t watching the NFL, we were watching a game of Madden.

I’m glad I’m not a bills fan bc I would be sick to my stomach seeing how poorly coached those 13 seconds were (they actually only needed 10) to rob Josh Allen of what should have been a major milestone, historic performance

I don't think a deep kick lost the game for the Bills. The defense did.

That was like our 3rd and 25 in the Cowboys game.

I'm sorry but not even Brady can do what Mahomes did last night. 13 seconds to go and 3 timeouts to tie the game...unbelievable.

That was a frustrating end for the Bills. I'd be curious to see what a coach with more playoff experience would have done. Say if the situation was reversed, would Reid be able to stop the Bills with 13 seconds? I say absolutely. Would he have been able to stop KC if he was the Bills coach? Maybe. KC has turned into a 60 minute team that's going to be tough to beat for a while.

Sure he could. So could have Allen. You don't think they could throw to two wide open receivers 15 yds down field as stop the clock? Buffalo was so scared of hill they forgot how to play defense.

I think any QB with balls could do what Mahomes did. Didn't really throw it over your head or really tight windows just two quick passes to wide open Kelce and Hill. Mahomes magic came in OT

Well, Brady should have gotten us in FG range in SB 42 with 29 seconds left and 3 timeouts....but he didn't. Brady might be most accomplished QB in NFL history (thanks to 20 years of stability under Belichick) but Mahomes might be the most talented.

Maybe, but you know how that game went. Giants defense was relentless yesterday both defenses were shot

I could not believe they did not squib kick. Unbelievable
When there was 13 seconds left and they went to the break. I thought you squib kick and that takes around 4-5 seconds. That leaves 8-9 seconds for Mahomes. That would be one pass play and then a FG try.
That would mean Mahomes would have to make a 35-40 yard pass (depending where they returned the kick) which would take 7 seconds and call timeout for the FG try. Even if they returned the squib kick to the 30 yard line you loss 5 yards for those 4-5 second‘s.

Actually, Brady or even many QBs could’ve replicated the last 13 seconds. 2 short passes with yards after the catch and 2 timeouts. Bills D more than Mahomes in this instance.

Ok, one playoff game proves Mahomes is more talented, got it. Then you must believe that Mahomes could have gotten the pats to FG range in SB42 against Coughlin. You don't believe that Brady could have passed two 15 yard passes to wide open potential HOF players against McDermott? What Allen did yesterday was more impressive that what Mahomes did.

Like I said, Brady had the opportunity to do something similar in SB 42 but he didn't.

Yes, he could do it.

People don't give Tyreek Hill enough credit.

Mahomes is unbelievable.

BUT... Hill's late TD was unreal, but not surprising. He also hd a very long return. The Bills were afraid to kick to him. If they pooch kicked and he returned for 30 yards, the Bills coaches would get ripped. In OT he opened up the field and put the fear of god in the Bills who refused to play him tight.

The Bills coaches look like idiots in retrospect but they really only made one bad decision, and that's not holding on the first play of the 13 seconds.

But ultimately they could have gone away from prevent and gotten burned the way the Rams did.
