Yeah. This could really be the season making or breaking game. Rams will be a brutal challenge but they get by this and guys get another week to heal up they have a decent shot of going back.
If Jansen and Wirfs play like **** (or not at all ) Tom will have a tough time today.

Please don't compare the golden god to the golden fraud
You're right, A-Aron is more like Mac. Obsessed with the appearance of competence (see his Passer/INT and how he prizes it above all else), need for validation, and militant insistence that he "loves women".

Mac Jones? Do tell…please. PM me if necessary.

The last time Brady played Von Miller in a playoff game he had a rough day. The last time he played Donald in a playoff game his offense stalled out until one last big drive with Gronk. If those two click like last week, Brady's going to need to pull some of that magic out of his ass.

There is a legitimate chance that all four road teams win in the division round. I wonder if that ever happened before.

What evidence do you have that Mac Jones cares more about competence over all else. The fact that he played a game where he passed the ball three times and was still ecstatic that the team won after suggests otherwise.

He won’t win. This was his last shot. Imagine going to a division with Mahomes and Herbert that’s in a conference with Allen, Burrow, and Jackson (yeah Jackson is iffy here)
I'll just add on to this by pointing out that acclimating to a new system takes some time for a QB. Even Brady, the ultimate teammate, took a few games to get settled into playing in Tampa. I doubt Rodgers is going to have that patience nor command of whatever locker room he steps into. And hell, I doubt a coach like, say, Tomlin, is going to have the willingness to cater everything to his liking.

Fact is, despite constantly throwing tantrum after tantrum, GB is sorta Rodgers's best bet when you break things down. The NFC North is a creampuff of a division, and the QB power balance is swinging to the AFC. I mean in addition to Herbet, Mahomes, Allen, Burrow, and Jackson you also have:

-Watson (potentially) who's still a viable top 10 QB if he can shake the rust off if/when he returns.

-QBs who are, at the least, good enough to get you into the playoffs (Carr, Tannehill, Mayfield).

-QBs who have shown flashes of promise (Mac, Mills).

The NFC meanwhile has

-Two QBs who have 2-3 years left tops (TB12, Ryan)

-Wilson (who may be gone soon)

-Prescott, JG, Stafford, Cousins (guys good enough to get you into the playoffs but not yet proven winners).

I meant Ronnie The Rat, not our Mac. City Mac, not rookie Mac. In all seriousness, Jones has shown more personal maturity as a rookie than A-Aron has his entire career.

Ok. Thanks for the clarification.

Farthest thing from a football historian on this forum, and would defer to somebody else on this, but you could make a case that Unitas, Baugh, and Graham are also all above Rodgers. And give or take 10 years of top 5 play, I'd project Mahomes to surpass him even if he were to never even reach another SB.

Unfortunately I can't rate the 50's and 60's guys.

The game was so different and I don't know where to begin.

I may be short changing Jim Kelly by not having him in top 10? Idk.

Switch Unitas and Elway

Marino is not top 5 to me.

1. Brady (takes spots 1 and 2).

3. Elway
4. Montana
5. Manning

6. Brees
7. Bradshaw
8. Staubach
9. Favre
10. Marino

I am a huge Unitas and Star fan but because of the era, have kept them off this list.

What Brady's has and is doing is crazy and if you said in the year 1999 that a player would be drafted in the 6th round and win >70% of his games, go to a SB 50% of the time and win 7, people would think you smoke crack. And if you said it would be with the Patriots and Bucs, people would KNOW you smoke crack.
