Brady and Antonio Brown

LOL. Brady has been a better GM in Tampa the last 2 years than Bill has been in NE.

Then why are you on this board? It's unbelievable Ian can't recognize that half the pats fan base on his message board has switched teams...

So many bit.ch made trolls in the Brady forum all of a sudden maybe it’s not the Brady stuff that’s the distraction here.

Also what is spending $200 million on free agents in ONE offseason if not “stacking the team?” It’s unfortunate that the team was in such a bad spot that you can spend that much money to only get back to above average.

Um, this is the Brady forum. If you don't want to see posts on the guy then stay on the main forum.

BB had it right all along. As usual.

Jim Jones Brady is peddling his TB12 plans to Tampa teammates. The sliver entry level plan cost you $100,000, but you got a free water bottle. Arians himself has likely bought in. I see him drinking a lot of water these days.

You regularly pretend to be a Pats fan on the main board...
Dude, you openly TROLL this forum so much so that Ian has banned you multiple times from the main thread. Why can't you stay off this forum if you hate the guy so much? It is bizarre.

FYI - Bill was worked on by Alex.

Brady put the Pats in salary cap hell with Bill trying to get him weapons, ie Sanu and Brown, then hand selected a young team with lots of great players on ROOKIE contracts, and salary cap space as a result, could hand pick Gronk and AB. Bully for him. Things worked out for the Pats. Happy to have a young QB with upside in MAc, Brady is near the end.

I have for >60 years rooted for the laundry not individuals first.

Yes, I am sure you're the one who keeps telling Ian on me. Sorry I hurt your feelings.

If we're being honest, aspects of it probably do work. But it's probably also a huge money maker for Brady, at least with any offensive players who want the ball.

I could see Brady having offence meetings and additional workouts at the TB12 facility, memberships required, lol.

First of all why is there any reason to think that whatever the fu.ck Brown was doing with Guerrero was some standard issue package that’s being forced on everyone and not who knows what craziness becuase, in case you forgot, before his time with the Patriots AB was already doing stuff like freezing himself in the cryochamber and it nearly destroyed his feet. He’s a freaking weirdo who believes in sports pseudoscience.

“salary cap hell” keep drinking that koolaid as teams like the Rams, Chiefs, and Bucs keep pushing off the cap for as many years as they want just like the Saints did for like a decade until Brees retired and they stopped caring about it.

Also “hand selected” the literal worst team in the history of the NFL that hadn’t won a playoff game in 17 years who happened to be literally one of two teams to even offer him a contract. It was either the Bucs or the Chargers. Brady DEFINITELY wanted the 49ers and probably the Titans.

Are you kidding with this nonsense? Bill signed AB because the Pats offense was bereft of talent at the WR position because he sucks at drafting WRs (see Harry). Sanu would have been fine if it wasn't for Bill's bright idea of having him return punts which got him injured. Gronk didn't play in 2019 because he had it with Bill running him into the ground and not letting him manage his physical regiment the way he wanted.

That is fine if you are happy the Pats decided to move on from the GOAT when he literally just put up the best two seasons of his career, won a title and on his way to a 13 win season and a chance at repeating. A QB like Jones is a dime a dozen (Mills has better stats than Jones since Halloween). Bill easily could have kept Brady and drafted a Jones-like QB while we continued to contend for titles but he wanted to save pennies on the dollar and literally pushed the best player in Boston sports history out the door. And all that has happened since is Brady has made him and Kraft look like Class A clowns.

Brady shouldn’t be mixing his personal business with teammates. It’s one thing to have them promote his products with endorsements or whatever, or if they want to use his training methods or some moderately priced monthly fee to use his private facilities.

It’s another thing to offer some type of high priced, exclusive membership with his own trainer/business partner.

I’m not saying he’s bad, a mercenary, a scammer, or whatever. Just saying that this stuff often ends badly, and also he’s in a position where I’m sure some offensive players need to join to stay in his circle of trust. This is just a bad combination, and I hope he nixes this soon. The nutrition, workout stuff has always been fine with me, but I think this is different.

Mac might be great I hope he is but it’s funny how halfway into his rookie season before he’s proven anything he’s already purchased trademarks for every imaginable piece of merchandise one can make and yet no one here cares. Very Baker Mayfield who btw had a far superior rookie season.

Pats pushed it off for far longer, BB broke down and made some desperation signings since Brady wouldn't look at the young guys like Meyers.

Wake me up if the Chiefs are dominant in 5 years.

Please. Brady did throw to Meyers but he barely played because Bill kept forcing Harry on the field who sucks.

So you assume that AB, who was doing expensive crazy sports pseudo science BEFORE he ever met Brady, is a representative example of what everyone else on the team is doing?

LOL Brady is having a great statistical season because of the weapons he had the past few years. Last year it was arguably the most talented set of pass catchers in NFL history on one team...

You mean Brady should have been more appreciative of this murderers row of receiving options?

Who on this list is both still on the team and contributing to the offense? Bolden and Meyers. Harris wasn’t ever active on game day but that’s a Belichick decision so that doesn’t really count but go ahead if you want.

Brady has always liked Bolden he’s been here forever and 41 targets for rookie Meyers seems like Brady gave him chances.

Just look at that group of tight ends good lord.
