But, in fairness, at least you keep those particular and narrow minded views to our Patriots forum. I admit I'm on here 24x7 (in-n-out 6am to 930pmish) but don't read every post.

I usually scan a few pages/threads that interest me and try to chime in once I understand the flow.

I sensed there was a running joke there somewhere but lots of folks on this board have interesting occupations. Wasn't sure.

I started that one over a month ago, I think. @BaconGrundleCandy might remember. I was having fun with DKF and used that occupation instead of construction worker. I can't remember why, but it stuck.

I wish someone made a "The Wire" type series about Ctown, Southie, North End etc back in the day - 70's, 80's and 90's. Honestly I think it would be unbelievable if done right. So many interesting characters and crazy stories to count. I think Howie Carr still talks **** about my family / great grandfather lol.

Potato farming is a lot of things, an interesting occupation is not one of them.
My late MIL (God rest her) came from 'the county' and grew up on a potato farm. That she referred to leaving there as escaping is all you really need to know.
