I don’t like the 15 yard game changing penalty for hitting Cousins facemask after the INT, but it’s another instance of selectively applying it. The game is over on that call, and the whistle isn’t blown. How many teams have lost this year on a similar roughing the passer call that changes the game?

It looked that way because the hand grabbed the helmet, but I don't know. It could have been an alternate universe hologram of the defender's hand and Cousins is really just a bunch of light particles and energy, not solid matter. I'd say inconclusive.
