Dude complains about being the victim of cancel culture, yet he's cancelled his own mom, dad and brother.

What a douche.

Oh, and lest we forget, he could have just gotten jabbed in the off season like billions of other humans have, dealt with any side effects he was afraid of, and not be costing his team his services for one of the biggest games of the season this week.

If GB loses to KC, the L is on him, IMO.
I really hope Jordan Love shreds the Chiefs.

The issue here is that the Packers knew that Rodgers wasn’t vaccinated and they let him violate numerous COVID rules about masking and traveling on the team plane.

these violations are clear and indisputable.

So the Packers violated a league memo, the precedent is a million dollar fine and the loss of a first round pick. Anything less and RK should be screaming!!

He's claiming he's allergic to one of the ingredients in the mRNA vaccines. Therefore he was left with the J&J and apparently the J&J wasn't good enough for him. Just saying. Personally, I don't believe a word he's saying at this point.

Wouldn't he be granted an exemption by the league if he was allergic ?

What you are saying may be true, but it is still a huge moral issue when dumbasses like Joe Rogan push people to take a drug that has not been proven to work against COVID. It leads to people using those drugs and taking TOO MUCH OF THEM which can lead to drastic consequences.
Yes there are stupid people on the planet.

Let us, however, at least admit the media hypes up extremely rare and isolated cases of people overdosing on unproven medication to make it seem more common. For example, the whole report from this past summer that Oklahoma hospitals were overflowing with people who overdosed on Ivermectin was complete BS.... but boy, it sure fooled the people who really really wanted it to be true.
Except it is a dewormer and its most common application is for animals.
Most common =/= only.
I am just going to state the obvious here - Covid is not a parasite.
This is true and, as I said, I have seen no statistical evidence it works against Covid. I have seen anecdotal evidence of anti-viral and anti-covid properties and the data scientist in me says "that's not proof but potentially bears a closer look". Why that last statement upsets so many people remains yet a mystery.
So, where do you feel Rodgers's quote of MLK fall in this spectrum? Personally I read it as him finding justification for doing his own thing, and not really saying his struggle is the same as MLK's.
I found it as him saying "my struggle is similar to this great person's struggle." So I see it as a douchey comment. Douchey comments seem to be in no short supply from Rodgers.

You'd think so. I can't remember what, or if, he said/commented about that. He still had the J&J as a choice though.

Watch the league just give a slap on the wrist to the packers

Closer look in clinical trials, sure, why not. But thats not the issue here. People like AR are taking this potentially dangerous drug on a hunch before any sort of approval or medical guidance. The human version of ivermectin is prescription only. Only the animal versions (which are more powerful) are OTC.

Rodgers looks worse every second that pass.

If he has an allergy then why didn’t he say that in the beginning? J&J is a non mRNA vaccine correct? He could have taken that one. He just an anti-vaxxed but doesn’t want to have to take responsibility for it. He is a coward. I have much more respect for Wentz, Beasley and all the players that are against the vaccine and aren’t ashamed of it and follows the related Covid protocols.

he just didn’t want to take it and didn’t want to be subjected to the unvaccinated player protocols. He lied to circumvent the rules. And should be suspended 4 games for that.
Pretty sure lying wouldn't be enough to circumvent the protocols. That (among other reasons) is why the vaccine record cards exist. I'm sure that the team would require him to produce it. So if he wasn't following the protocols, that's on them as much as him.

Except it is a dewormer and its most common application is for animals. Thats a fact. It just points to a fundamental misunderstanding of how medicine works. I am just going to state the obvious here - Covid is not a parasite.
And to continue.
The most common human use of Ivermectin is to treat scabies.
And it works.
It is poison that kills the mites.
When I used it, the doctor checked my weight twice , then the pharmacist also checked my weight.
The exact amount of poison per pound of body weight is essential.
Hopefully Grogan also advised him well on that.

Two people I don't want to hear any more about. Aaron Rodgers, OBJ.

Ivermectin is approved for human use for a variety of treatments, and many studies have shown some level of effectiveness in treating COVID patients.
No. Those studies have been withdrawn due to fraud.
