I couldn't care less what Cam has to say.

We're on to Miami...
RW- that means you care a lot.
"I could care less" means you dont care.
You probably could care less about my correction.
Or maybe you couldnt care less.
Glad I could clear that up.

Belichick really had no other options, and yes an appeal to authority that belichick signed him so that’s proof someone else will is ridiculous. Many, many veterans get released here and never play again.
Belichick would readily admit the newton experiment was a failure on the field, if he were to speak freely, which we know he never will.
Belichick made a mistake.

Its okay to admit it. I agree Cam isn't good anymore, but he is the one who chose Cam and he was the one who chose the talent that surrounded him. Even if they had little cap, it is what it is.

Now you are sure what Belichick would say? Unless you know the answer yourself, would you ask him why he picked Harry?

Facts are that Cam was resigned and lost his job because of no vaccine. When he got sideways with the NFL virus rules the end was near.
I find it ironic you are doing the same exact thing you are accusing Andy of doing lol. "This is what happened even if I don't really know what was said blor thought by Belichick".

Where have I spoke for Belichick?

I do wonder what really went down. You have to admit, Jones being named the starter surprised everyone. We all know Mac looked like he was running the offense better but Cam looked pretty decent too. I do wonder if there was a blow up of sorts inside where Josh wanted Mac but Bill wanted Cam and things were communicated poorly to Cam. The fact that Cam is not at least our back up when he said he is willing to be a back up is also telling. Something happened. Not sure if Cam will share it but I think it is possible that he may be fuming and with good reason.
I stated in another thread it is worth the time to contemplate BB's commentary on Cam Newton re: vaccination status.

"Cam did not violate any TEAM rules".

"Cam's vaccination status had no factor on his release".

I think Bill is speaking the truth.

What he is not saying is the NFL's policy on unvaccinated players and his ability to follow them- which impacts his availability, in my opinion, was the determining factor in his release.

If Cam was 2015 Cam, BB would accommodate but he isn't.

He a below-average QB.

You are right. I couldn't care less about your correction because there is not a need for a correction.

sure, make it about racism. What the heck is wrong with people.
I agree. There is enough open racism in our society to hang your hat on and make a point.

When you try and make it in a situation like this you minimize the movement as a whole

Cam only saving grace was his extreme athleticism and his big arm. He isn't an accurate thrower though - you can find plenty of HS/College kids with a big arm who are not particularly accurate. So when his athleticism faded just some - he is not worth it for NFL teams. It's really simple..

Mac relies on his accuracy and his mind. Although he brings some level of athleticism to the table as well - don't kid yourself. It really comes down to Mac's strengths vs. Cams - and it was an easy decision for Bill. Frankly I can't figure out why Bill even brought him in last year. Guy was toast after he was cut. Should have just played Jarrett all year..

It’s pretty obvious that Newton was a failure on the field or are you thinking his crappy play last year and being cut exceed the belichick standard? I know what he would say because anyone who knows what they are looking at would say it.
He was signed for backup money and was beaten out. Clearly and thoroughly.

If you call it a mistake you have to say what alternative was better.
He had no cap room to get a real QB. So he got what he could afford. He hoped after a year off Newton could physically return to what he used to be, and he could compete with an unconventional offense and strong defense. It didn’t work out. Sure his hope was wrong, but I doubt he had high expectations, he took the only guy that would play for the money he had available.

By saying Cam was released because of his vaccine status when BB has emphatically stated multiple times and went out of his way to re-affirm that wasn't the reason why.

Cam is not vaccinated.

Cam sealed his fate when he missed valuable practice time leading up the cutdown. This was the 2nd time that Cam and Covid were mentioned in the same breath.

From Merriam Webster:

We define could care less and couldn’t care less on the same page, with the single definition “used to indicate that one is not at all concerned about or interested in something.” We do not put these seemingly disparate idioms on the same page in order to save space, or so that we might cause you pain. We do it because one is simply a variant of the other, and they are used in a synonymous manner.

There is little doubt that couldn’t care less is the older form, although no one is certain where this came from.

I prefer "couldn't care fewer".

There were rumors that Cam hurt his shoulder.

Did you like the 2020 TE? Why? How about the WRs? The only guys left are Myers and Gunner and he is return man. Players that Brady won 12 games with do not cut it with regular QBs. Cam signed an incentive laden contract where he had to prove it on the field. Mac and Cam were neck and neck in preseason which amounts to nothing.

He played terrible. It doesn’t matter if he had good players along side him who obscured his terrible play or bad ones that exposed it. His own play was terrible. If you watch and know what you are looking at it blatantly obvious.
They weren’t neck and neck. There was no competition between them. Jones is the future. As soon as he showed he was ready, he would play. Newton was only here until Mac was ready. Mac outqb’d him from day 1, because he is a better QBs, the only question was being ready with learning and knowledge of the system which evidently he surpasssed newton there as well.

Bill's biggest shortcoming this year when we had oodles of money to spend and a ton of draft capital was not upgrading our QB room at all other than adding Jones. So here we are with Cam, who was supposedly the solid veteran who if was replaced by Jones as starter would at least be the back up, is gone. Whatever happened in TC with his play, attitude or the vax has made him radioactive like Ice said. Stidham right on cue is hurt and out at least 6 weeks recovering from back surgery. A complete bust. This leaves us with Brian freaking Hoyer who should have never been in any position to take a meaningful snap for this team again after his abomination in KC last year. If our season goes South due to an injury to Mac that keeps him sidelined any length of time, all that $150 mil will be for naught as we watch another season of horrific QB play.
How many teams would you say are thrilled with their backup and their season wouldn’t go south if their starter was injured. (Aside from teams like Chicago that have their newly drafted not yet ready guy as the backup and their starter sucks?)
Very few. Who would you have signed?

So you've had a conversation with BB and he confided in you that despite his public statements, what you believe is actually correct?

You're arguing with someone that has nightly conversations with Belichick in front of the mirror.

Taliban Johnson, the all knowing, all seeing swami that even knows more than women what they should do with their bodies. Lmao

Your obsession with me is creepy.
And everything you say is wrong.
