Don Muhlbach????????????? who the eff is Don Muhlbach? Never heard this name ONCE the past twenty years...but....uh....yeah...ol' Don Muhlbach musta really snapped up a storm. What did they give him as a parting gift? A jackazz? "say Hernry...who's that leaving town on the back of a mule...oh wait...gotta be Don!"....

not taking a shot at you, Upstater...it just struck me a pretty weird...some long snapper was on the Lions 17 years? No wonder they suck so bad....why the EFF would a team not want to always be on the upgrade at THAT position?...Meh...it's the friggin' Lions...who knows
Joker - Love you man.. But you're ignoring that Muhlbach was a Pro Bowl LS for the NFC in 2012 and 2018. And no, I hadn't heard of him either. I looked it up.

Now, that being said, why would we have heard of him? How many teams have press that put ANY amount of focus on LS like the Pats pundits? Also, how do you know that the Lions didn't try and upgrade the position and that Muhlbach didn't beat the competition. You do realize that Cardona is heading into his 7th year with he Pats, right? Prior to him, we had Danny Aiken from 2011-2014. Jake Ingram was 2009-2010. Matt Katula snapped for the 2nd half of 2010 after Ingram got the yips. And Paxton was the man from 2000-2008. Though there was the 1 year where Paxton was hurt and we used Sean McDermott for 1 game and Brian Kinchen for 2 regular season games and the post season because McDermott got hurt as well.

I think that when you look at the fact that Muhlbach survived through 6 different Head Coaches, not including the 2 interim Coaches last year after they canned Patricia, that speaks a lot about the quality of the player.

The fact that no one knows who he is, is actually a tribute to how good he has been. Lets face it, if everyone knows the name of the long snapper, it is because he had a really bad snap that cost his team a game.

Tre Junkin comes to mind... though I still blame the holder for that last one...

hey, if the Saints need a helluva long snapper, I know where they can pick one up! Got some good inside info on a can't miss 17 year vet...just call me Joe "Mort" Kerr...

The Browns re-signed Willie Harvey, who reportedly had a tryout and followup visit with the Patriots last week.

I would hope that either Bill or one of the New Minions were on the phone with Carolina at least once before this trade was announced, because our Swing Tackle situation still, you know, really sucks...
Cajuste has looked very good.
Onwenu is probably the OT3 though with karras moving in a G.

This is good news. We now have 7 OL's: the starters plus Karras and Cajuste. These will likely be our Game Day actives plus an 8th, likely a guard who can be an emergency center.

I was also impressed with Cajuste last night. Haven't heard anything positive from the camp, but he held his own against the backups.

Whoaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa….let’s put some tea leaves together here…Saints signing a WR….need a kicker….BOOOOOOOM!!!!!…..Were trading Nordin for Michael Thomas….
