NFL GAME DAY DISCUSSION OFFICIAL Super Bowl Bucs/Chiefs Game Thread

Brady is incredible.

One minor thing but I doubt there's a blue print on KC. I didn't realize they were missing both starting offensive tackles. That's a huge factor.

There’s a blue print. Patriots have showned it. The problem is that the AFC teams are weak and the coaching pretty much stinks. I don’t trust the bills next year. I think the chargers are legit but worry about their coaching.

Don’t know if I’ve seen an onslaught like that other than the 2015 AFC Championship Game.

Here's the blue print. Have Vita Vea come back and your front 7 consist of 7 all stars half of whom might be future hall of famers. Compound that with both KC starting offensive tackles being out of the game. Replicate that blue print.

I do agree that once Mahomes' big contract kicks in they're done as a team, he'll be like Rodgers for 10 years.

This was Brady in SB 42...
Yep. There’s a picture of him like that from that game. I still can’t believe he kept them in it until the very end of Super Bowl 42 and that AFC Championship Game. He was getting pressured every single play.

I think Belichick provided the blue print. We always slow them down but Tampa Bay made it even more so cause they have more talent on that front 7.

Also their offense only scored 19 points against us this year, and the Pats were actually in a 3 point game in the 4th quarter with no QB and no practice time. If we had a QB for that game it might have been a Pats blowout.

Yep I would also put the Chargers in those teams that have slowed them down. The blueprint is there you just need the offense to score like Tampa's offense did.

Wonder if the SJWNFL ever tweeted out congrats for a wonderful season to Brady after he lost a Super Bowl...
Of course not.

Mom Mahomes is batshit crazy.

Love who she tagged.

Mathieu made it sound like he did it to call him the N-word.

Brady destroyed Mathieu and humiliated him on the biggest stage; telling him it's coming and then going at him with AB on that touchdown is absolutely ****ing hillarious and shows why Brady's most underrated skill (and a big separator from the Mannings, Rodgers of the league) has always been his on-field big **** energy.

It remains to be seen if Mathieu recovers from this and is the same player with all that swagger.

The Seahawks secondary never walked straight again after that SB49 fourth quarter pounding.
The Greatest Show on Turf was reduced to a punchline.
Matt Ryan and everyone on the Falcons broke into shards.

Yet after all those games, everyone was so confident they'd be okay.

I'm sure the Chiefs will be competitive with Mahomes, but I wonder how a lot of that team will recover from this. I think it's very possible that their defense - which was based more on confidence and leadership than talent - is going to suffer. Andy Reid will be feeling this for a long time.

This is just a humiliating ass whooping for a team that led the league in self-promotion and victory laps.

And that's another area where you have to give Bill Belichick a ton of credit...a lot of really tough losses for the Patriots, like any team over 20 years, and they always came right back with the same confidence.

I guarantee Bob knows the reason. Jonathan as well and others in the immediate circle of the Krafts and BB. Linda. The kids. Berj. Possibly Caserio as well.
Then maybe we should ask Mingbi or Lulu.
