Chiefs or Steelers?

Steelers aren’t as good as their record indicates, doubt they make it that far. Tough question to answer, I’m roooting hard for the NFC this season.

I think the praise for Mahomes is way over the top, even if he's not annoying like Rodgers. He's won exactly 1 SB and that was aided by a horrendous call in the Pats game that gave them the top seed. Think back to when Brady had 3 titles in 4 years with far less talent than Mahomes has had. They still called him a system QB.
Statistically he's had the best start to any QB's career. Hes further ahead of everyone by a good margin and already won a SB.

Also you're wrong about "talent". Mahomes has great targets but we were a lot more balanced and had multiple borderline HOF players on defense during the first run. And while Troy Brown & Pattern certainly aren't in Hill's league or Watkins. Brady had good targets to throw to.

Why the F would anyone want KC over Pittsburgh? Do people understand Mahomes has as good a shot as any at surpassing Brady 6 Super Bowls?

Other piece was that Brady wasn't playing at an MVP level for the first three. He's underrated for how well he did in fact play. But there's a reason a debate sprung up between him and Manning while he had 3 SB's and Manning had 0 (losing to him head to head in the playoffs twice) despite playing 3 extra years (1998, 1999, and 2000 when Brady didn't start)

Mahomes has a ring and was an overtime away from likely another (on a year his defense was garbage) and he has been playing at a super elite level. Right now he's basically Marino if Marino won a SB the year he lost XIX to Montana. He's currently the frontrunner to win the MVP again this year and he has as good of a shot as anybody to win another SB.

Now obviously the fact that Brady did it for 20 years is the difference and we will see talent drop from the Chiefs. But for right now, he's the closest guy since Brady that will have a chance to have a career like Brady

Because we are tied with the Steelers at 6 rings and them winning gets them 7 so they would take the lead in franchise with the most SB's.

I guess it depends on whether we are more concerned in the franchise dominance or Brady.

The other reality is that the Steelers have a closing window with Ben and that threat will be gone for awhile if he can just hold off. With Mahomes passing Brady he will still need 4 more wins if he won this year which is basically a Joe Montana/Terry Bradshaw career.

Reluctantly I pick Pittsburgh. My wife is from western PA, we live just outside the city, happy wife happy life lol. But it was so hard to catch them at 6, if they get 7, it’ll likely take quite some time for the Pats to get there. But the “Mahomes is the greatest QB since time began” talk will reach insufferable levels if KC repeats

Buf or Cleveland would be my choice. Those guys have suffered enough and there is nothing like the joy of winning the first Super Bowl... for fans etc.... Bills mafia has stuck with that teams through down years (EDIT down decades) and talk of moving. Aren't they punished enough for having to live in Western NY????..... Cleveland has been punished enough for firing BB *(thank you) and Northeast Ohio compares to Western NY.........

Pitts, Baltimore would be my last choices......

Voted RLKAG

Thx Everlong

1. Tampa because of TFB, Gronk and to watch AB if he lasts that long w/o jail
2. Tennessee I like Vrabes
3. Buffalo Taking pity
4. Seattle My man Wilson
5. NO I like their coach; he cost Manning a ring
6. Cleveland Why not?

Bunch of don't care whatever Meh teams here

N-3. GB can't abide Saint Aaron or GB fanbase
N-2. KC premature ejaculation of Mahomes GOAT talk will be insufferable even though I agree he's The Best now
N-1. Pittsburgh Squealers
N. NYG the hate from the 1950s burns deeply & eternally

I still have no idea what RLKAG means.

Damn, if I knew that, I would vote for that....since Ray definitely did. Pontificating buffoon.

Chiefs cans are below human waste and Steelers fans are actual human waste so tough call. Honestly would like to delay as many Super Bowls Mahomes gets in reach of so Brady's always got the record

Do people understand that Mahomes needs 5 SB’s to reach Brady and the Steelers need one to break a tie with us that we just achieved less than two years ago?
