Can’t believe we got a draft pick for Gronk. He stinks.

"It's a blessing and a curse, the drive of being great".

Yeah, this ain't the Tom we remember.

I think he's doing well with Scotty Miller. Bigger mystery is the complete disappearance of the vaunted TEs. Do they really not trust that O-line? Seems to me Brady is getting enough time to throw. Can't understand why the TEs are not connecting with him.

That's a good question- that's one for the all-22 folks. I'll be checking in on that later this week.

i don’t know what game you watch, he is playing well today.

I said nothing of his play.

I'm simply saying that this isn't the Tom we remember. Could you imagine Tom saying that at NE? It's a remarkably arrogant thing to say, even if it's true. I wouldn't necessarily say Tom of old was humble, but he was certainly ground ... that's not something a grounded person says.

Yep. He has had a good day. Not great by any measure but pretty much what I'd expect from a 43 year old.

His frustration level seems through the roof. Don't these other players know they work for him?

He had a lot time to throw in the first half. In my view, he didn’t in the second. Like someone said before Carolina locked up Evans in the second half and were much more agressive. This O-line is clearly a liability. It is why we didn’t see the TE running a lot of route. They are blocking a lot. Scotty Miller disappeared in the second half.

From what I've seen today, Brady is better, but much of the Bucs offense was based off PI and Carolina turnovers. Carolina outplayed the Bucs the 2nd half.

At least Gronk can catch an on side kick

They had like one PI today

will you pleasse STFU about your PERCEIVED idea OF "ARROGANCE!!!!"...jeezus krist....I WANT my football players to have arrogance. What a ridiculous take on your part...why do you hate Brady so much?

Fournette is a mile better than Jones

The TB D can’t stop a thing in the second half

Yeah it remains to be seen how this is going to go. Bradys line isn't that good, had a couple of drops but happens to everyone. Carolina is worse than I thought they were though. This game doesn't mean all that much as far as how good they may be.

Carolina did NOT outplay TB in the 2nd half...they played well enough to LOSE.WTF is this crap? "yeah but...2nd half proves BRADY BAD!!!!! waaaaahhh...waaaah. In case you didn't notice, the Panthers are letting Fournette drive a stake in their heart.

Right. What is that called again when you almost win? Losing???

I was the one who said that.

I have no idea re: TE's. I don't know enough about Tampa Bay's offense, their personnel and playbook to make any sort of qualified comments. Flexing the TE's inline to block is a play design. Brady hasn't been sacked once so I don't quite think the O-line is a liability.

To be clear, I don't hate Brady; I think he's the best QB to ever play the game and I'm forever appreciative of what he did in NE. But I think his priorities have shifted and as the petty, spiteful, bitter ex I am, I'll call him out. LOL. I kid, I kid.

All kidding aside, again - Tom speaking of his own greatness is not something we'd ever expect of him in NE so it caught me off guard. I expect you'd be singing a different tune if this was Rodgers, or Manning, or Mahomes, or Brees, or Roethlisberger, or pre-NE Newton, being quoted as saying, "It's a blessing and a curse, the drive of being great".
