No you aren’t. Do you have a clue what you are talking about? My vote is represented equally whether I am among the majority or the minority.

What? Why do you think redistricting happens? Because population changes, representation levels change and therefore districts must be redrawn In order to have equal representation.
You are taking the exact mechanism that DOES address proportionate representation and misusing it as being the opposite because you don’t understand it. My god. First rule of holes, man.

it's not because of moving....the right no longer cares about democracy

A picture is worth 270 words in your case and the reason why NY and Cal dont need to control anything more than the dumpster fires that they already have.

So you're saying that CA & NY are more Moral than TX and FL. I agree.

We are all “people of color”:)

We wouldn't have seen so many unqualified white people get an interview, a job, a 2nd chance, a 3rd chance if race wasn't involved.

Of course race is factored in.

I'm sure Caldwell is fine being replaced by Patricia (who hasn't exactly looked good or average)
Caldwell btw has the highest winning % in Lions history I believe or is second all-time and came off back to back 9-7 seasons.

Jon Gruden has a 510 winning % for some context.

Race is overwhelmingly factored in and the results are a joke for a league overwhelmingly black.

Brilliant example with Gruden. Out of racism the team that hired Art Shell as HC in the late 80's paid Gruden tens of millions of $ when they could have paid a better black coach much less? They were willing to pay a premium of millions of $ for an inferior product purely out of racism? The same team that hired Art Shell....that's your position?

He won the lottery when he was born
Took his mothers white breast to his tongue
Trained like dogs color and smell
Walks by me to get to him
Police man

He won the lottery by being born
Big hand slapped a white male American
Do no wrong so clean cut
Dirty his hands it comes right off
Police man

Police stopped my brother, again

Jesus greets me, looks just like me
Do no wrong so clean cut
Dirty his hands, it comes right off

You went ad hom and dismissed the article instead of addressing the point(s) therein. Very consistent, yes.
No. I did not make an additional hominem personal attack on the poster. The poster was very clear that his view was partisan and the article was partisan.
That is far different than calling him names, insulting his intelligence, or any other form of personal attack that is the overriding philosophy of most posters on this board when faced with facts they don’t like.

Gerrymandering effects representation. Having states with gross disparity in the value of their voters effects the electoral college.

Maybe if you need to pivot to argue against something I didn’t say, you have a problem with your argument
Nope

You said gerrymandering effected POTUS elections directly after your first post. Its false. Montana has 3 electoral votes. Cal has 55 electoral votes iirc. 18 times the clout of Montana.

What are electoral votes based on? Then divide the number of people in each state by the number of electoral votes to see how many people account for each electoral vote in a state

Full disclosure: I haven't read the entirety of this Dumpster fire of a thread, but where did IC say the article was partisan?

Of course you didn't launch a "personal attack," but that doesn't mean that what you did was not an ad hominem.

How is it that members we rarely see, pop up in threads like this. It’s like wild dogs getting the scent of fresh meat!:D

Where does the 2020 "left" stand on democracy? If you don't want to answer for the "left", just send me a video of another crappy, self-absorbed band pretending to be socially aware.

much closer to the literal meaning of democracy than the right.......and it’s not close
