That assumes a level of intelligence yet to be seen from these guys. More likely they’ll call up the guys they pointed guns at to ask what it would take to get them to forget about it, and then end up with witness tampering charges added to the docket.

Honestly, I feel like if I was on his jury I’d probably let Latimer skate even if he was guilty. There’s few instances where I could understand doing what he did. However that’s one of them.
