Cons: He's late off the ball and lacks the fast twitch to be an elite LB at the next level. Not dynamic athlete by any stretch and will struggle to do the diverse things an elite EDGE defender doesn't in the NFL. His effort is inconsistent. He also has some stiffness in his hips and may struggle as a tackler in the open field. Lacks good lateral agility and closing quickness to get to the QB.

I wanted OL and TE too, but you can never have too many productive, versatile, and athletic players replacing KVN, Collins, and soon Hightower.
