Would be glad if the draft turns out like this. I had Fotu in almost every mock I did, I just don’t like him that much. Big frame but way to inconsistent as a two gap penetrator. Motor not consistent. Hopefully bb could fix that .

Yeah my first choice for DT there would've been Davon Hamilton, but he was already gone...at #60!

A non-trades mock from Fanspeak using The Brawl Network/Jason Engstrom (whoever it/he is) and User-Voted team needs:

23: R1P23
LB KENNETH MURRAY OKLAHOMA

87: R3P23
C/G MATT HENNESSY TEMPLE

98: R3P34
WR MICHAEL PITTMAN JR. USC

100: R3P36
DT DAVON HAMILTON OHIO STATE

125: R4P19
TE HARRISON BRYANT FLORIDA ATLANTIC

172: R5P26
DE TREVIS GIBSON TULSA

195: R6P16
OT ALEX TAYLOR SOUTH CAROLINA ST

204: R6P25
DB REGGIE ROBINSON TULSA

212: R6P33
WR/PR JOE REED VIRGINIA

213: R6P34
TE DALTON KEENE VIRGINIA TECH

230: R7P16
OLB CAM BROWN PENN STATE

241: R7P27
CB DANE JACKSON PITTSBURGH

I screwed up at #230: I wanted to choose GA Southern CB Kindle Vildor, but accidently clicked Cam Brown instead, when I just wanted to take a closer look at him...Naturally, Vildor was chosen just before I was about to pick again at #241...

Yeah my first choice for DT there would've been Davon Hamilton, but he was already gone...at #60!
Yeah that’s crazy too for him . Davis was also gone by mid second most of the time. I wonder about this cause they offer almost no pass rush skill right now. Davis would be a stout for us . Really like to see him next to guy in our d line . Hamilton i can also see as a DT we like since we more go for big DT who are more of a run stuffer than athletic pass rusher

Would love this. Been thinking Josh Jones with their first for a while. Solves 1 of 2 possible issues: cutting cannon (or if he retires) or trade of thuney (move Wynn back to Guard). Jones is very underrated. Wonder if Braun will slide much with his reported of a tainted test?

What I really like about Jones is that he offers 4-position versatility, and he would give us a lot of options depending on how the Thuney/Cannon situations develop...

Tony Pauline has already down-graded Zach Baun, because he was never available this late in the mock drafts prior to this week...

Your Picks:
Round 1 Pick 27 (SEA): Josh Jones, OT (Could trade Cannon and save some money for next year)
Round 3 Pick 23: Khalid Kareem, DE/OLB, Notre Dame (They really need ED support)
Round 3 Pick 34 (COMP): Adam Trautman, TE, Dayton (Biggest need IMO)
Round 3 Pick 36 (COMP): Jake Fromm, QB, Georgia (I love him, i think he would be our QB1 right now)
Round 3 Pick 37 (SEA): K.J. Hill, WR, Ohio St. (Terry Mc 2.0)
Round 4 Pick 19: J.R. Reed, FS/SS, Georgia (Getting younger)
Round 5 Pick 26: Jake Hanson, C/OG, Oregon (Andrews insurance)
Round 6 Pick 16: Rodrigo Blankenship, K, Georgia (Our starter for the next 10 years)
Round 6 Pick 25: Kamal Martin, OLB, Minnesota
Round 6 Pick 33 (COMP): Benito Jones, DT, Ole Miss
Round 6 Pick 34 (COMP): Quintez Cephus, WR, Wisconsin
Round 7 Pick 16: D.J. Wonnum, DE, South Carolina
Round 7 Pick 27: Raymond Calais, RB, Louisiana

I would love to trade another vet or 2 for picks ( Cannon for a late pick and one of the RB - White / Burk i would not mind - They have 2 young RB + they can add late round talent). If they do so, i would like to double dip @ TE.

Gross. I'm pretty sure I've seen more people with Bryant as a day 3 prospect than day 1.

Fromm there is unreal value, I'm also a major fan, would like to see him and Stidham duke it out

Blankenship I love too, want him for the next decade+

Love the first 4 players where they were taken...Not so much the next 2...But really, Really like the next five where they were taken...Yeah I probably would've looked for a Center during the 7th round too...

(Edited this morning to reflect my change of heart regarding the Jonathan Greenard pick...sorry for the ill-thought gun-jumping...)

2020 NFL Mock Draft via Fanspeak's On the Clock Mock Draft Simulator

Big surprise at #23, but a field-stretcher of Ruggs' talent (plus the hopeful imprimatur of Saban) was too good to pass up, even if it meant using a first-round pick at WR for two years in a row...

I might've jumped the gun a bit on Charlie Heck, but I still needed an OT, preferably with LT experience, and the choices were he, Jon Runyan (best athlete of the bunch, but can he hold up outside?), Alex Taylor (big upside, but a big project too), and Terence Steele (no LT experience)...
By taking Heck at 172 I lost out on FS JR Reed or SlotCB Javaris Davis, but Kindle Vildor & Josh Metellus aren't bad consolation prizes, though by taking Vildor at 195 I lost out on TE Dalton Keene...Can't have everybody unfortunately...

I had the sickest draft on draft speak I had 8 3rd round picks and then my draft froze and I lost all my countless trades.
So pissed
Also traded down with Baltimore for a second and 2 thirds and still got Justin Herbert with a slight trade up in the second round.
So angry I lost it all I had Herbert Trautman Kmet Bowden Claypool Jordyn Brooks
Ali Highsmith Jeremy chin Antonio Gibson.
Beyond angry I lost it.

Tried Fanspeak made 2 drafts. Used Bleacher report Matt Miller big board. User team needs, classic algorithm. Miller was the latest board and had a good average last year's draft.

I have this feeling Trautman will be off the board by 100.

And going with no QB and no K is kinda bold. :)

Rare disagreement with the Cap’n. I like Bryan Edwards, the WR from SC, and Jonathan Greenard, the DE/OLB from Florida, in the third-fourth round range.
In Gil Brandt’s top 150 they’re 69 and 98, respectively.

I've had my heart broken too many times to keep making meaningless mocks without trades, so here's my first and last mock for 2020:

1.23. Terrell Lewis, DE, Alabama
3.87. Donovan Peoples-Jones, WR, Michigan
3.98. Jake Fromm, QB, UGA
3.100. Troy Dye, OLB, Oregon
4.125. Lynn Bowden Jr., WR, Kentucky
5.172. Tyler Biadasz, OG, Wisconsin
6.195. Thad Moss, TE, LSU
6.204. Shane Lemieux, OG, Oregon
6.212. Trey Adams, OT, Washington
6.213. Joe Bachie, LB, Michigan State
7.230. Jon Runyan, OT, Michigan
7.241. Maurice Ffrench, WR, Pittsburgh
