from Europe it is quite hard to follow due to the time difference and the draft starting at 2 am, so most probably I will only check the board the day after and hope to find some nice draft threads with good insight on the drafted players by the patriots

there are some members were I appreciate their comments a lot, especially with regards to the draft like those from @BaconGrundleCandy

I‘m glad that we have an nfl show here in Germany who shows the draft I think in free tv starting in the night but as a student I have plenty of time anyway ..

Few years ago before I got NFL Game Pass, which I only took because else I wasn't able to watch the Pats games, since only dedicated late night games have been shown in Free-TV, I was watching the games via Puls 4 and Pro7 maxx too.
However, I cannot watch it anymore with those announcers. If you are new to the game its ok when they explain every little thing to learn the rules, the game etc. but nowdays they became so annoying I can't listen to them at all. So I keep watching on Game Pass the games I want to watch and it is worth it.

Through first round draft this year it is not worth staying up all night (guess ~20th pick will be around 5am) just to see BB trading down
And I don't really care what the other teams do in the draft...

I was also active during that era (albeit as a preteen with no actual idea how to play). They brought back the old version of the game with the wilderness back in 2013 and it's been going strong ever since.

I'm torn. On the one hand, it is so seductive. And the team has roster holes everywhere except CB and maybe RB.

On the other hand, at best, the team will get a significant impact in two positions (non-special teams), for 2020 season. That's the law of averages. And that's with a full training camp to get the rookies up to speed. So the draft just isn't that big of a deal in the season in which it is held.

Another way to put it: we have a much higher chance of significant improvement in the team from the return of last year's draft, than this one.

There's a lot of other good stuff to do with three days.

I'm actually a lot more excited than usual. By then I'm usually looking at the next year's class. I'll get the bug the day of or day before and fanboy out for a few days.

I've been pumped for about a week now.

Even if it's only for a week, things are back to normal. Its football stuff we know and are used to seeing. Definitely will be a nice break from the everyday doom and gloom.

As always I'm geeking about potential fits for prospects. Perfect landing spots. I'm a Pats fan first but I'm also a football fan. I love following these guys and seeing them really flourish.

Really interested to see how teams will shape themselves in these next two drafts.

Wow. My brother had a fun little PK'ing system that probably never worked but it was fun as hell to do. Way up in the northern part of the wilderness there was an area with a fence around it. Across a lava river there was some runite rocks high ranking miners used to go after. He was a high level magician and I was a high level ranger. We used to hide our white map dots against the white fence line. When a miner showed up for the ore we hit him with a hold spell and then with a bunch of rune tipped arrows. Haha. But unfortunately they got rid of the PK'ing stuff which ruined the fun.

The NFL draft absolutely ****ing blows these days...it was a million times better when the did rounds 1-3 on Saturday and the rest on Sunday. None of this bullschitt dragging it out over 4 days... We used to have a cookout/keg party for rounds 1-3... Tons of fun
