Samuel is not being asked to run option routes like Harry is. 49ers created plays for him to run. Harry began looking a lot better once they started designing plays for him. They just did not do it enough IMO.

He played in 8 games. Is your theory that he was injured while playing in those games? That could explain how slow he looked and his inability to create any separation.
