If Brady were to leave, this may be the team (from a football standpoint) that makes the most sense:

KC is in that division though.
Brady is a competitor.

When Missouri moved from the Big 12 to the SEC they upped their game to keep up with the conference.

Its LA. Brady competes with Jimmy for best QB in the state.

Tom is NOT sentencing his family to Cleveland.

Tommy's playing with house money. Imagine him taking that team to a super bowl? He likes challenges and that would be a great challenge for him to tackle but only if Josh goes there.

I wonder how much the patriots will get in trade for Edelman. I don't see him playing here without Brady.

are you serious? Tom Brady could win the next three super bowls in indianapolis, and the yokels would still worship the giant forehead ... its a no win for him ...

I don’t believe that at all

Yeah Brady is definitely going to play for the Cleveland Browns.

That oline needs a lot of work. They proclaimed a championship but forgot to address that one little area with 5 guys.

Btw, its very hard to imagine Brady in another uniform. Especially a Colts or Dolphins uniform.

Only team I can think of is DAL. Cooper, Gallup, Cobb, Witten (old, but can still find soft spots in zone coverage) Austin. Not to mention; Zeke & that OL. Cooper, Gallup and Cobb are excellent route runners. Not to mention, I believe Jerruh would put up with AB (at least for a while). That offense would be unstoppable, with an at least competent defense once LB Vander Esch gets healthy. While I doubt this will actually manifest, it sure is interesting. Head coach (not for long), Safety & TE are DAL only weaknesses.

No other team will make sense

No income tax in in Texas either.

They most certainly did not!

They most certainly did not!

Yep they did.

BXII 2011
SEC 2012 5 - 7
SEC 2013 12 - 2 + Cotton bowl win
SEC 2014 11 - 3 + Citrus bowl win

8 total SEC seasons, 3 losing seasons = .625 win %
4 bowl games = .500 win %

Some good comments in this thread.
Every other destination has a fatal flaw...won't repeat them here.
Makes me think that if Brady plays next season (and I think he will), it will be in Foxboro or nowhere.

Tom is NOT sentencing his family to Cleveland.

I'd challenge the assumption that family follows in this case. It's just for a couple of years. The family is now firmly set up in the NYC burbs. They just moved there, and they knew this decision was coming. Tom can commute, and Giselle can fly to games wherever they are, if she wants to.

If family follows is the assumption we are working with, then the Giants are the only option.

I’m increasingly convinced that @PatriotSpy is closely related to Brady, might even be his dad.

A staunch defender/supporter of Brady, who has not referred to him in any way other than “Tommy”. His perspective is uniquely looking at the situation through only Brady’s perspective, and raising talking points that someone close to Brady would be familiar with and privy to.

I actually agree with a lot of your points, PatriotSpy.

I said it months ago and got lambasted for it but one place he could go is Miami. Giselle is not a fan of LA and she is not going to Indianapolis or Tampa Bay.
I keep on reading this. Where is this coming from? Did she come out and say she hates LA? Link?

Tommy throwing to OBJ, Landry and Antonio Brown (Gonna love clowning the steelers) and Chubb at RB. Watch out!
Ohio? Tom Brady is moving his family to Ohio? GTFOH

It’s already been pointed out, but flaws here are

1. Getting Giselle and his family to accept moving to the Midwest in a small market

2. Peyton Manning is a god there. There’s going to be a huge contingent of fans that want to see him lose so they can say Peyton could make it there and Brady couldn’t. It just opens up a can of worms that have long since been buried.

Good point - Arians is good with QBs, they have Evans and Godwin, and their defense seems decent. The only big threat in the division is NO which also has Brees as a FA. I wonder if they could afford to bring Brown in too, Brady would have quite a cast.

Edit: Jesus they have like $90M in cap space they could really make some moves

Yeah Brady has options when he looks at certain Teams who are a Good QB away with Talent it's going to be awfully Tempting. I wouldn't rule out Dallas either that division sucks Dak sucks and he would have a heck of RB to share the load with plus Stud WR's.

I think Brady takes a huge risk leaving. A HC and OC he is unfamiliar with, WR he is not familiar with, a fan base with high expectations but no loyalty, an owner with no loyalty. If all goes south, he could get benched - seriously.

And he ain't playing at 50 Two years left Tops anywhere he goes he's going to have better Talent on Offense regardless that's a fact!
