Pick up some tackle and a 3. Board will go bananas. Captain will be on about his 7th Captain Morgan. Good times ahead

Don’t be shocked if they trade up boldly.

What does “boldly” mean? Up into the top 10? Top 20? Top 5? It will happen one of these years and this year is as good a year to do that as any, I suppose.

All the way to No. 1 if possible. I think TB is gone and they try to draft a QB or a serious playmaker, someone BB loves, at another position.

I don’t see them giving up the capital needed to move up to #1 overall. They didn’t do it when Mayfield came out two years ago and they’re going to have a lot of other needs to fill as some of the core guys are getting a bit longer in the tooth and the contracts of other core guys are coming up. But I can see a move into the lower part of the top 10 with no problem.

Agreed. That’s why I said “if possible.” Except maybe for Gilmore, they don’t have a playmaker on either side of the ball next year. They’re going to want to develop one quickly.

Not too much during the 1st round, but when Billy's on the clock during the 2nd round...

who/what position do you think they are eyeing in the top 10?

i would say Tackle or C. Both need serious upgrades. I really think Stidham is a good QB and should be more than serviceable. WR and S would be my next need. Who know with BB

You don’t see Andrews coming back? If that’s the case, then I would agree. But you can find good centers later on. I’d probably pistol whip an infant if they drafted a center in the top 10.

This needs to be a 2010 type draft. A home run. Honestly, it may be time to bring in a full time GM. Let BB focus on coaching only.

Both McCourtys talked about retirement last year. Chung and Hightower both take a beating. Collins is a FA. Your center missed the year with a major medical issue. Thuney is a free agent. Cannon is older and looks like he’s slowing down. The T Cajuste is completely unknown at this point. Edelman is 32 and there’s no other prospects at wr and TE other than Harry.

I see a bunch of trades down, not up.

Curious what we have in the 2019 class...some of the picks have contributed (Wino, Bailey), while others remain promising (Harry, Williams, Cowart) and others have essentially been redshirted (Harris, Cajuste, Froholdt, Stidham)...still lots of realistic hope

2018 gave us Wynn who looks good when healthy and Michel whose a legitimate player as well, with Bentley a contributor burred in depth
Anxious to add even more young talent, because this team needs it with Brady (FA), Jules, Cannon, Hightower, Chung, McCourty (FA) near the finish line and Thuney, Van Noy, Collins, and Butler impending FAs as well

Thuney holds the key to the draft. If they decide to let him go and sign a lucrative FA contract elsewhere, then they need to fill that hole. Karras is also a FA, which means you have to evaluate Andrews ability to come back. As of today I would be looking at Tyler Biadasz OC Wisconsin. I wouldn't be surprised if BB packages 2 3rd rd picks to move into 2nd Rd for a QB. I am assuming Brady is gone and a veteran will be signed for a bridge year.

I guess every draft is critical but 2020 may hold extra importance given what changes could be happening....re brady/thuney and others mentioned above

i am worried about the head injury being a lingering thing, especially for OLine guys. Point taken about a center going that high, but infants are pretty resilient so dont waste your time.

Andrews has a blod clot issue, not a head issue.

I would not be upset if we go 0 and 16 next year.

the chance to draft Lawrence number 1 overall would be worth it.

Easy with hindsight but will we miss our second round pick now ?.......just want my cake and wat it as well.
