So I guess winning isn't enough for ass clowns like you. We must win a certain way. The game was over. It's a really cool record.

What are you talking about ? You are the clown who is upset they kept working on the running game and scored a TD with Burkhead instead of tieing an individual TD record that ultimately is completely pointless because odds are it will be broken within days again.

They play to win games not some irrelevant stats.

You are the one for who winning is not enough.

Some slight improvement over last 2 games, but 51% completions from the quarterback is not going to work. If the Patriots play like they did on offense next week they will lose to Buffalo IF Buffalo does not give the ball away.
Not necessarily, Black Cloud. The Patriots can play offense like they did today and still beat Buffalo without benefit of turnovers if the defense contains the Bills offense as should be expected. The Pats had 175 yards rushing complemented by 128 passing and did not turn the ball over themselves. That's good enough to win a rock fight vs. Buffalo.

I thought we were discussing the run defense. He'd definitely help. It's a glating issue right now.
Bennett is not a difference maker on run D

"I'm withholding judgment. Pats needed a tuck rule and two special teams TDs to make the Super Bowl. Rams are the greatest show on turf." - wet blanket fans in 2001.

How would he help the run defense ? He is essentially playing exclusively as 3rd down pass rusher.

To win the division, BTW, the Bills must finish with a better record. If they tie, the Pats are guaranteed to win on head-to-head or common opponents.

Doesn't conference record trump common opponents? Buffalo would have us there because one of their losses is to an NFC team. All our losses are AFC teams.

Can this team beat the Bills is the question.

Well, they BEAT them in Buffalo so why do you think they can't beat them at home?

@Blizzard

"Yes, because I mistakenly said his rookie campaign was the 2012 season. My original post was that Ridley was THE better back! Also your blaming ridley fumbling on getting knocked out on a helmet to helmet hit against the Ravens being the reason we lost that AFC champion ship game? Gtfo!"

Again, you were the one that said these things. You specifically stated that Ridley fumbling didn't cost us any games-- again, this is factually inaccurate. When he got knocked out, he fumbled, and that cost us that game. We were down 13 to 21 if memory serves, and we had the ball driving down the field. He got hit and got knocked out cold. I remember because the play made me sick to my stomach, as I was a huge Ridley fan at the time, and my friends didn't see the play in real time like I did.

That's besides the point-- that fumble cost us that game. This is a factual statement, which makes your previous statement false.
Nevermind i guess.

Cannot step up for an ineffective Edelman.

The Bengals don't have the same defense as the Bills. We only put up 16 on them during the part of the season when our offense was actually functional, so I have to expect less points on our end this time around (defensive touchdowns notwithstanding).

2 for 13 for sanu. 2 for 15 for harry. I hope edelman’s injury is not serious. The guy has been a trooper.
Dorsett and Meyers were targeted zero times. They are on Brady's **** list and I'm sure Sanu is next.

We'd be much better off with AB/Edelman/Harry.

Calling the season now? See you next year

I didn't call the season. Chargers & Chiefs were better than the Pats last year. Pats beat both. The 01 Rams were better than the Pats. The 07 Pats were better than the Giants. You get the point. There's always a chance this team shocks the world. Wins give straight. But most would be betting with their heart. Not their heads.

The game was OVER. It's the ALL TIME TD RECORD. He may not get another shot at tying it with the Bills next week. There's nothing wrong with wanting your QB of the last 20 years to tie that record in opponent territory up 17. THEY HAD ALREADY WON so don't give me crap about 'playing to 'win games'. It was bonus at that time. This has nothing to do with anything else or being upset about winning, it has to do with a cool record. He could of thrown a Pick 6 and the game was still over. What do you not understand? Which part? You grumpy ass.

People refuse to admit another team is better than the Pats. The Chiefs are better. Period. Ravens are better too.
Any given Sunday bud

playoffs are a new season

You mean the same Chiefs that needed multiple blown calls to beat the Patriots a week ago after essentially being shut out in the second half of that game? But you've been on the Chiefs bandwagon all season, so I guess your post shouldn't surprise me.
