I don't think you're wrong that there's been an alarming lack of continuity here, some of it confusingly self-imposed (Gordon certainly, Brown arguably). But Brady's missing passes and playing with happy feet in a way he didn't in the past.
I know they're putrid and I'm not one to be histrionic, but teams like Cincy and Miami seem to reach down deep for games like this especially when the Pats seem to be struggling. I'm just a little more concerned than normal because this isn't one or two games for the Pats, but they have gotten worse since the Browns game. Brady hasn't been very Brady-like.
