Defense was great and I get to drink eggnog this week.
Funny you should post that. I'm currently enjoying a delicious adult eggnog.

I think those are different circumstances. I don’t think AB would be a bad locker room presence, more of a PR headache than anything.Remember that Celtics thread about Kyrie Irving the other day? You made some spot-on observations that are very relatable to the Patriots vis-vis AB.
He’s a Succubus.

Wynn does good here at the end of the game:
If you have any unhappy thoughts you’re a chicken little!!
I am in the Festivus spirit early and I'm only interested in the airing of grievances.
I have a LOT of problems with you people!
Happy people in New England....ha.
Patsfans.com is a safe space and anything negative will not be tolerated
didn’t you get the memo
Did I mention that this thread is for happy thoughts only? Well, just in case someone missed it, this thread is for happy thoughts only!
That type of weather gives us a leg up on almost anyone - even Jackson and the Ravens I believe - because I think it will affect Jackson.That was a frustrating game..and I loved every minute of it. Winter football is here, and we got the D to tough out some wins.

Plus it was “Kyrie’s team”. AB would be a piece, not the head honcho. Far from it. I don’t see what AB would have to complain about. Brady is in love with him; it wouldn’t be about targets or winning. That’s for sure.
I think they didn’t want to take the risk that Brady wouldn’t be able to roll out because of pressure. Mike Pereira noted the intentional grounding rule requires the QB to be under pressure and then stated that was why Brady threw it so quickly.
A team from Texas loses, making Texas natives sad --> happy
That team is the Dallas Cowboys --> happy x3
Patriots win --> shrug
Patriots don't lose --> happy x100
People can say whatever they want.
I’m saying it’s bizarre to me that people can’t enjoy a win and within 5 minutes after the game (and from what I hear, during the game in the game day thread) all they talk about is negative.
It’s odd to me that being the fan of the winningest team ever materializes as never being happy.
Frankly it’s annoying to have to have conversation about a win dominated by complaining.
Thought Meyers, despite a few bad drops, had some nice catches as well.
He’ll be a head ache for Bob and the PR team, you mean. By all accounts his teammates like him. Brady is obsessed with him. He wouldn’t poison the locker room or anything like that.
Who cares......he’s an idiot
but I’ll gladly take a wager if you want to bet on him playing for the pats again this year
