Wait, do we have any healthy wide receivers left?

Why stop there? Why not list every college prospect that turned into a good NFL player that the Pats didn't draft? Why not bring dissatisfaction and grey skies to every opportunity that presents itself?

This is the narrative line of people who got their football education through fantasy games, or are 6 years old emotionally, or who have miserable lives and use message boards to try and shift some of that misery onto others through trolling, or who have come to believe that Patriots' success is owed to them. Or some combination of the above.

Harry and Meyers will hopefully get more looks. And do we know if Wynn is definitely playing Sunday? Can someone give an x's and o's breakdown as to how Wynn helps the team? Is it run blocking? Pass blocking?

Both bro, both

Wynn will improve both run blocking and pass blocking as he has quicker feet and hands and greater strength than Newhouse. Coordination might take time, but we should be more efficient both running and passing. Wynn looked very good in limited opportunities. We are moving from a street FA to a first round talent.

WR depth is horrible, not to mention TE. Without a running game, this team has such a small margin of error against the best teams in the league. Next 3 games will tell us a lot.

Did Chubb help us win a super bowl last year? NO!

Because he wasn’t on our roster. He would have doubled Sony’s production behind our ATG o line last year

And to think the Patriots COULD have been going into this game with edelman, Antonio Brown, Josh gordon, and demarious Thomas or Dorsett at receiver...

You Were Saying?

Sure, but even had those picks stayed, you still couldn't get Julio Jones or Deandre Hopkins.

You won't get Julio Jones or Deandre Hopkins at #32 but the Ravens got Lamar Jackson at #32. There are quite a few good to great late 1st round pick talents available if your scouting is on point.

BTW Mecole Hardman was taken 24th in round 2 and has over 400 yards receiving and 5 TDs to his name already. We might have been able to trade down and still get a productive WR. Instead we had Harry on IR and a defensive back who has been a healthy scratch in 60% of games this year and averages less than 10% of the defensive snaps when he is activated.

Really not sure what we do at WR. Our depth chart is a hot mess. Helpfully some guys get miraculously healthy enough to play on Sunday.

The sad part is even Slater is injured so it's Questionable that he can be our savior this time around.

Injury report: Week 12: Patriots - Cowboys Injury Report

4 Wide Receivers including one Matthew Slater questionable to make the game against Dallas. We're kinda screwed because we are running out of warm bodies to throw out onto the field for Brady to target. That is if Brady even can play.

Matthew Slaters time to shine.

I guess it is that time of the year when I start doubting Patriots ability to do well in the in the upcoming games and playoffs. Some of the phrases I’ve used in the past are “BB the GM is killing the BB the coach”, “Patriots can’t rush the passer”, “Patriots are too slow on defense”...

Patriots alway seems to find a ways to win. I’m sure they’ll figure out how to win without having healthy receivers..TE..RB.

Funny how so many people bring up Gordon's name. What did he really do this season? If he were lighting things up, he'd likely still be here.
Folks are asking whether Gordon would be reasonable to have as a substitute for our #3 WR; that is, our #4 or even #5.

.That would mean having all three are out: Edelman, Sanu and Dorsett. We would have al lot of Bulkhead and White in the backfield, and Watson and LeCosse on the line.,

.

Also, there’s no way that they’re going to rely on Harry and Meyers alone.
