I think people overstate it tbh. He is the worst we've had in a while, but his presence is coinciding with a down year for Brady and offensive weapons, so it's making him look a lot worse than he is. Which, as someone else stated, we should remember that he is like a 5th string tackle. You kinda get what you get at this point

Go back and watch this game again. This time, ignore everything but the play of Newhouse. Get back to me then.

And Newhouse being a 5th string tackle doesn't somehow improve his level of play. It does help explain it, but that's a different issue.

RZ O is a huge concern for me right now and moving forward.

Should have had what..30 pts tonight?

Stalls galore

Red Zone O is a concern. Not HUGE because I believe the offense will change since they are starting to get healthy.

LaCosse didn't go down to injury.
We're getting Wynn back.
Harry is back and, while still a rookie, has shown he can catch the ball.

The Pats need to practice more with their 4 WR set, imho. Also with 2/2/1 in the Redzone. The two WR being Harry and Sanu with LaCosse and Watson as the TEs and Michel the RB.

With Michel in there, they can easily sell the PA fake with any of LaCosse, Harry, and Sanu getting open.

Harry, Sanu, LaCosse, and Watson give them 4 receivers 6'2 or taller.

Yes and if you looked at my posts, I said twas a good, solid win... doesn't mean we need a circlejerk about the teams first Rd pick contributing 3 catches and the quarterback playing like Chad Pennington

The Patriots won.

Sorry for your loss.

What happened is the quarterback has skipped voluntary workouts the last 2 years and it shows...
The QB is the greatest ever. You are a loser on a message board. (In fact you even suck at that) You should shut the f up and realize you are criticizing a man who has professionally accomplished 100 times more than you ever will in your lifetime and you just look like a whiny *****.

Someone should tell Deus to go back and watch the game because things didn't happen as he remembers.. Such as the sack being Newhouse's fault..

9-1 and leads the league in point differential. Have given up a total of 108 points in 10 games. This team amazingly has "less problems" than just about every team in the league. The difference is the other team issues are mainly on defense while the Pats are on offense. This years version is unlikely to score 3 straight must have TD's against KC in the AFC Championship game but thankfully it seems highly unlikely they will need to.

How some cannot enjoy watching this completely different version of our beloved Patriots is beyond me.

This year it’s gonna be tough to win games with the offense we we have.

Have to rely on JE11/White to carry the offense.
The rest of the guys are just non existent.

Meh, Fat Matt held Zeke to 45 yards and 1 TD today...
Respect, Tommy. Nah, the Lions D did and they have different personnel. The NE D is very light up front and soft in the middle. That's where the weakness is and teams would be smart to try to exploit it. There's only so much scheming that can be done when a team can line up and just pound the rock.

With that said, the D has shown that once they figure things out after the first drive or two against a good team they can be very effective for most of the game. I just worry about the O being able to score enough if or when the D has a subpar or bad game, like the BMore game.

OTAs have nothing to do with anything.

Brady’s better than that. He’s been in front of the cameras for ages in some very frustrating spots. It was overboard.

Of course he can do what he wants and say what he wants. Just like we get to say that it was a bad look.
Yes you are absolutely correct, he should know better. Everything he does is scrutinized. I am just sick and tired of this society believing that they have the right to tell people how they should feel in certain situations. This is a general comment, it doesn't apply to just this situation.

Might write him in for Prez if I find out his name. (old video btw. Phila fans are just savage)

-Defensive adjustments for the second half were excellent. 8 PD's, 5 sacks by 5 different guys.
-Special Teams - good show. Can we ever say enough about Slater?
-Watson is producing - glad to have him back
-Some cutsie calls on O that were frustrating. Tom is not a ballet dancer, stop the pirouettes. Leave it to these guys:

Eagles are not a great team and they were missing some of their best playmakers as well. D started off horribly but did settle down.

Offense is a complete continues to be a complete Trainwreck thanks to the O line. TrashHouse may get Brady killed as well.

Newhouse was bad.

If the team doesn’t sustain any other big injuries, I don’t know how you can’t be very happy with where they are. Wynn is coming back, and as Harry and Sanu become more acclimated into the offense, things will look much better there. They’re on track to be the number one seed in the conference and in general are in excellent shape.

BB seemed excited. Semi-giddy.
Brady was steaming. I don’t think I’ve ever seen it like this.

His intensity is important. But sheesh.
What was Brady steaming about?
