I've had a remarkably difficult time finding one. Every time I google it I find what appears to be a 90s style newsgroup and most of the posts are about right wing politics instead of Eagles football.

Forums are kind of old guard (recall the poll about the age of users here skewed heavily toward the 40+ set, including myself).

You will probably find more activity at reddit: Eagles - Watch r/eagles fly!

Yeah...sites like mine are a dying breed. Noticed there are definitely fewer and fewer of them out there. The internet is certainly quite different now compared to 20yrs ago.
